This place has a huge selection of granite and marble. I had a very good experience here. Jamie was very nice and helpful. The first time I came in I didn't make an appointment because I kind of just felt like walking around and just taking it all in without being bothered. There's so much beautiful granite to look at! It was actually kind of overwhelming. When I walked in Jamie greeted me with a smile and handed me a little clipboard with a little pencil and explained to me where to write down the numbers of the slabs I liked so that I could get names/prices and then I was off on my own. I really liked that. The second time I went I made an appointment since I had already narrowed it down to a few choices that I thought matched our cabinets/tile. Jamie really helped me make decisions with some of the color schemes. I found the staff to be very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. (especially Jamie.) I must say I've been in the market for quite a bit of stone over the past few years and this is my go-to spot. They have a HUGE amount to choose from and are very easy to work with. They have granite, quartzite, and other options for bathroom showers. Allison is great and very helpful, if needed. However, one of the best parts about this spot is you get to browse the warehouse without someone standing over you. Once you've narrowed down your picks, you can get quotes and place slabs on hold. (I currently have 5 on hold.) The process, selection, and service are all fantastic! read more

I really wish I could give a zero star for this place but since I can't 1 star will have to do. I think these people could care less if they have customers or not. I can only assume that they have enough business generated from all of the homes that are in desperate need of granite from the August 2016 flood. When we walked in, we received stares- not "how can u help you", "hello"- nothing. I initiated the conversation by saying I needed to look at granite because their other affiliated site in Broussard La. sold the granite that I had on hold. The girl at the front desk motioned to a clip board and told me to go back and look. I picked up my clipboard and headed out to the warehouse with my family- no salesman/woman to accompany us despite three people in the lobby area. We walked aimlessly through the warehouse unable to find what we were looking for. I ran into a man, who I assume was a warehouse worker that by the way was nice enough to try and get someone to help us. He brought us to a woman who was on the phone. She briefly placed her cell phone on her shoulder and asked him what I needed. I told her I was looking for Blanco Delicatus. She then put the phone back to her ear and continued her conversation as she motioned us to follow. My daughter and I followed her to two slabs - she pointed but I told her they had tape on them that said they were on hold - she said yes they are on hold. I asked if she had any other slabs. She walked outside and we followed back and forth until she stopped at a bundled bunch of granite- she pointed to it then walked away continuing her conversation. As we were left there, I checked the tag on the slabs and noticed it was Delicatus - not Blanco Delicatus. Big difference as I noted the two slabs on hold inside the warehouse had Blanco Delicatus on them and looked completely different. Meanwhile my husband and son made a quick restroom stop- quote from my husband " I think that was the dirtiest bathroom I have ever been in, in my life. Gas station bathrooms are cleaner" At that point, since we apparently were not wanted as customers, we decided to leave. We placed the clipboard back on the front desk as the two girls there where eating lunch there. The receptionist took a bite and said "find what you needed". Our reply was no and we walked out. If you are looking for customer service please stay away from here and avoid frustration. read more
