I work for a real estate agency and we have listed many condos that this company manages. I've…read morespoken to them a handful of times regarding information on pet policies, fees, assessments etc and they have always been very informative and helpful. I spoke to a lovely gentleman on the phone this morning who had absolutely no knowledge of the fees, assessments (or was just simply refusing to help me) and was EXTREMELY rude over the phone. His exact wording to me was "Shouldn't the person listing with you know this information?" When I tried explaining to him that we had always called the management company in the past for information as part of our customer service to the client and to make sure we were receiving accurate information he laughed at me over the phone before condescendingly saying once again, ask your client. To say the least it was a very negative experience and it's unfortunate.
