I already have had 3 appts and a epidural and this b## scheduled me for 90days and said nothing wrong. I did drop off my new mris to her facility. I wouldnt go back there even with apology. I never saw this dr in 5 years i saw patricia bayshore who is muscle spasm specialist. You will never get medicine if you need it. If there was nothing wrong with my back she did procedure in Oct. Dec. And Feb. She just out to get the $$$ she has 0 compassion for her patients. The best thing in that office is the agate chandelier. I wonder if it's a money scam with the govt? Anyways don't go there they don't care about patients schedule and the phone system is the worst. The phone agents barely speak English and will not call back when messages are left with the service. Also, the waiting room was nasty, chairs with no covers and dirty! I am very happy that my endocrinologist is moving into the building so I will have to travel to less places for my regular care. The doctor I am seeing now has been very proactive and positive in my treatment. They have just recently reopened to see patients in person again and are taking safety measures seriously with the covid-19 pandemic. Temperature checks are being done when you enter the building and you have to answer all the standard questions plus all the employees are wearing masks. When you arrive you wait in your vehicle till they call you in.

I talked to the nurse several times telling her my grandma cannot be sitting this long and she needs to go if he cannot see her soon. we then waited another hour to see the doctor for him to tell her there's nothing he can do for her. 3 hours we waited for a 2 minute consultation. I do not recommend coming here as a new patient if you are or have disabled family members that cannot sit or stand for long periods of time.

She is always smiling, pushing her patients to meet the goal and feel better. I was emotional one day and when she realized it she just hugged me and talked to me in middle of physical therapy. If I ever had to come back to physical therapy this is the place I would want to go and Rocky is the therapist I would want. The patients are very nice also, we have struck up many conversations together, made jokes together in the waiting room waiting to be called then got in back and teased each other about what was said in the waiting room. All around a wonderful place to have to go get your body back to what it should be.

My mother had total hip replacement surgery. After her two week visit to her physician, she was…read morescheduled for PT but due to vacations and limited staff, the original place she was supposed to do her PT could not take her for several weeks. I called CORA Physical Therapy and was greeted by an amazing patient service coordinator, Guisella, who was able to assist my mom and get her an appointment within a day. My mom was thrilled! Guisella guided me through what to do to get my mom in for her session and sent us all the necessary information. I have to thank CORA for the progress my mom has made and the confidence that she is building within herself. The PT staff are patient, kind, and thorough. They have guided my mom in how to do the various exercises in between sessions and have worked with her to show her how to use her cane and more. I highly recommend this facility. The staff are caring, considerate, and support the patients they serve.
