She is always smiling, pushing her patients to meet the goal and feel better. I was emotional one day and when she realized it she just hugged me and talked to me in middle of physical therapy. If I ever had to come back to physical therapy this is the place I would want to go and Rocky is the therapist I would want. The patients are very nice also, we have struck up many conversations together, made jokes together in the waiting room waiting to be called then got in back and teased each other about what was said in the waiting room. All around a wonderful place to have to go get your body back to what it should be.

I called CORA Physical Therapy and was greeted by an amazing patient service coordinator, Guisella, who was able to assist my mom and get her an appointment within a day. My mom was thrilled! Guisella guided me through what to do to get my mom in for her session and sent us all the necessary information. I have to thank CORA for the progress my mom has made and the confidence that she is building within herself. The PT staff are patient, kind, and thorough. They have guided my mom in how to do the various exercises in between sessions and have worked with her to show her how to use her cane and more. I highly recommend this facility. The staff are caring, considerate, and support the patients they serve.

These guys are truly the best and so professional when it comes to physical therapy…read more I've had to come here two separate times for issues with both of my knees, and Clark has been amazing. He's so knowledgeable and attentive, and you can tell he's super passionate about what he does. The first time I came, I had been having severe pain in my knees for months and months- I got an MRI and found out I had a partial tear in my meniscus and other damaged cartilage behind my kneecap. The surgeon didn't want to touch it so I wasn't given a guidance and it just continued to get worse. When I came here, Clark finally helped me figure out that the issue wasn't even all the torn and damaged cartilage, but that my kneecap was out of place from all my years playing basketball. He helped get to the root of my issue and had my knee feeling better in a little over a month when no one else was giving me any real answers. Clark is also a former college athlete, which I am myself, and having someone who's been through similar experiences and knows how to help my injuries that have stemmed from playing sports made me even more comfortable. All of the PT's here are great- I've talked to multiple other patients and many of them have come back for different issues and gotten the help they needed. Even Alicia who works at the front is the sweetest admin and helps get all the insurance and appointments set up swiftly. Whether you're an athlete, coming off of a surgery or just needing guidance with an unknown injury, the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates are a fantastic option for support.

After 7 weeks into therapy I can honestly say overall I 'am not impressed with this facility. I…read morewould have expected top quality therapists working under the esteemed Watson Clinic name. There are a few there that do a really good job, but most spend their time conversing with one another about their personal business and barely realize that you as a patient are their seeking assistance. In particular I was under the care of Ashley England. After several sessions with Ashley I had to file a complaint with the patient advocate department. This isn't something I would normally do, but my last session with her put me over the edge. She talks non-stop with her co-workers distracting them as well from their patients. I continuously had to ask her for instructions for my exercises and how many reps needed. She was too busy talking about Disney and even left to go search on her phone how much a hamburger costs there! Totally unprofessional. The last straw was when I left the session walked back in to ask for the name of the manager in that department and I caught her talking about me with her co-workers in FRONT of the other patients there. This is totally unacceptable and if Watson Clinic allows this kind of behavior with their employees their reputation will begin to falter.

Dr. Templin, You…read morecalled me when I had just about given up. My pain was excruciating. I had several issues with my cervical spine, which had begun (almost) surgery, until I flatlined. That was the first part of Sept. I told the doctor I had also lost my daughter after that failed surgery. My only child. I had been completely stressed out and my pain just kept getting worse. Doctor, you told me to write down the name of a book and the authors name, and I did. Back In Control by David Branscome. I was able to get it free on audible and started listening that very day. I couldn't tear myself away. When he spoke of the couple who were tested for their responses to a couple of questions, when the woman spoke of her pain, the sensors noted anger in the husband, which made the wife feel more pain because she knew he didn't believe her or acknowledge her pain. It was a vicious cycle. That was me and my husband! I kept listening! Everyone was simply tired of hearing me complain. No one wanted to listen to it, see it, be any part of it. I became angry. At first. This made me stop and think...ok, it's me. It's not anyone but me. Dr. Templin, I want to thank you, and I wish I could fly to where you are and thank you personally, but truly, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish you were still here. I think you saved my life. Namaste, Illana Betz

I checked in and waited in the adjustment area, but patients appeared to be taken ahead due to app check-in and a new patient visit took priority, leaving no clear estimate for how long I would be waiting for the chiropractor I preferred. The bigger issue came afterward. I submitted feedback and left a review. The area manager, Dr. Steve Walburn, called me, but instead of simply taking the feedback, he disputed my account of what happened. He claimed the new patient had already been in the waiting room filling out paperwork, which did not match what I observed when I arrived. After that, I tried to use one of my remaining prepaid visits and was told Dr. Walburn had placed a note in my file stating I was not to be seen at any of their franchise locations. My app still showed 4 unused visits. When I requested a refund, I was told they have a no-refund policy because I can go to other Joint locations nationwide. What began as a minor complaint about wait time became a much larger issue about how this location handles patient concerns. The care can be inexpensive, but the environment feels high-volume, sales-driven, and not very patient-centered. Based on how this was handled, I would not recommend this location.
