I waited to do my review til I was almost done with therapy. I have one more visit next week. The front desk people are very nice and helpful. I had Rocky as a therapist she is awesome. She is always smiling, pushing her patients to meet the goal and feel better. I was emotional one day and when she realized it she just hugged me and talked to me in middle of physical therapy. If I ever had to come back to physical therapy this is the place I would want to go and Rocky is the therapist I would want. The patients are very nice also, we have struck up many conversations together, made jokes together in the waiting room waiting to be called then got in back and teased each other about what was said in the waiting room. My mother had total hip replacement surgery. After her two week visit to her physician, she was scheduled for PT but due to vacations and limited staff, the original place she was supposed to do her PT could not take her for several weeks. I called CORA Physical Therapy and was greeted by an amazing patient service coordinator, Guisella, who was able to assist my mom and get her an appointment within a day. My mom was thrilled! Guisella guided me through what to do to get my mom in for her session and sent us all the necessary information. I have to thank CORA for the progress my mom has made and the confidence that she is building within herself. The PT staff are patient, kind, and thorough. They have guided my mom in how to do the various exercises in between sessions and have worked with her to show her how to use her cane and more. I highly recommend this facility. It's a great facility plenty of adaptive machines. It get very crowded. Scheduling a specific time with a therapist is best for me, with a traumatic brain injury and all the stuff that comes along with brain trauma. read more

This is a great physical therapy location, attached to the Messieh Orthopedic Clinic on 6th. Knowledgeable- and caring staff, tailored workouts. One of 3 locations in Polk with an Alter-G anti-gravity treadmill. Amazing results in short order. Highly recommend for leg, hip, back and balance injuries. My two complaints: office staff is not particularly friendly nor attentive and the place is not protective of those with asthmatic conditions--they do not have signs suggesting it is a perfume-free zone. Great group of PTs and assistants. Ready to improve your quality of life based on your individual needs. I was very impressed. They permit you to continue as a wellness patient at a cheaper rate and use their equipment. It's a great deal if you are accepting of the fact that current patients get first dibs and sometimes certain machines aren't available to you. The Alter-G treadmill costs extra. read more
