I just wanted to once again thank the staff at Mansfield PT for your help after my back surgery. I…read morehave been through several physical therapy practices in my life (more than I would have liked), and I can say this was by far the best experience I have had. To begin with, staff was friendly and inviting. Rebecca was excellent and so friendly. But I think the best part is that she listened to what was going on, what I needed, and worked with me to help get me back on track. Communication, understanding, and compassion was exceptional and I am very thankful I went to this practice. A big THANK YOU to the staff at Mansfield PT and I will be sure to come back in the unfortunate event of my getting older and a sudden sneeze throws out my shoulder or something silly like that(at least thats how it seems to be lately). Keep healing and smiling, Mike

I had a very intense operation on my right arm, involving a torn tendon and bicep, whereas they…read moredrilled into the bone for reattachment. My arm was in a 45 degree cast for six weeks, so that by the time it was removed, muscles and other areas were unable to stretch. I couldn't rotate the arm at all, and there was and still is numbness, swollen fingers, and pain throughout. Olga was immediately able to test and ascertain what we were facing, asking pertinent questions and requesting a full medical report from the sugeon's office. Olga and everyone I met there is focused and very serious about getting you back into the game. She went to work immediately with very effective treatment, advice, and a workout plan I could do at home to move things along. By the time she was through, I already had some movement, and a plan of attack until our next appointment. I am so glad to have chosen MPT, and look forward to our next session. I only have about three more weeks before returning to work, which is very labor-intensive, yet I feel fully confident that MPT will have me ready. Fantastic people and facilities. I saw another patient going through his paces, and noticed the same level of expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Mansfield Physical Therapy.

Not welcoming especially for such a faith based business. Asked to see a PT specialist , was told…read morethere was one on staff but when we went to the appointment this was not the case but expected full payment when we opted to leave. Very Christian like. It's unfortunate how bad the experience was considering they came highly recommended. A true disappointment.

I am forever grateful to Steve Moran and his PT professionals for how they have helped me to…read morerecover from injuries that I feared might lead me down the road to painkillers and surgery, and prevent me from being active. After a painful back injury that left me unable to walk, I was introduced to Crossroads. I had previously seen another PT but that was not helping, and I was growing despondent. On my first visit, Steve identified the injured region of my spine, performed some manipulations that lessened the pain, and gave me hope that he and his staff could help me to get active again without drugs or surgery. It took a while, but, day by day, week by week, I felt stronger as I went to my appointments and did my stretches at home. Each therapist has their own perspective and style, and each one, by doing their work on my body and teaching me how to take better care of my spine, contributed to the strengthening of my spine and an increase in my confidence and well-being. Fast forward a couple of years, and I twisted a knee. It seemed awfully slow to heal and, though braces allowed me to run a little, it didn't seem to get right, and I feared it was a ligament problem. Thinking again that I might be going down the road to medical intervention, I went back to Crossroads to see if they could do anything. The therapists found some tight leg and hip muscles, worked with me and gave me some exercises, and it began to get stronger and less painful within days. If I could afford it I would go every week to get my spine tuned up and learn new exercises to make my body stronger and more flexible. I have had only positive experiences at Crossroads. The facility is clean and well-maintained, the office staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the therapists are top-notch; knowledgeable, positive, and caring. In addition to the typical PT practice, they work with disabled children, and run a therapy program involving horses. I don't know much about that side of the operation, but I bring it up to show that Crossroads is both a successful business and a group of people who make the world a better place.
