CFS&PT never sent…read moreme a billing statement for the $440.00 they say I owed before sending me to a collection agency in late 2024, 2 yrs after my therapy that I stopped because of billing denials. I cannot find an unpaid claim and they have not provided any proof of one. They have not returned or answered my phone calls or e-mails or been able to provide me with a date of service or CPT codes and modifiers billed but denied. I do not recommend going to this musty office with grimy equipment, an incompetent biller, and a president/physical therapist who does not seem to care. I have been to several other PT facilities since and I have not had any billing problems. I stopped my therapy at CFS&PT in 2022 because there were numerous denials by my UHC for inappropriate or missing CPT modifiers and the biller would never call me back to discuss the problem. UHC and many other insurances follow Medicare billing rules for appending several sets of modifiers to PT, OT and ST CPT codes so they should, BUT DON'T, know how to bill every insurance properly and timely.

He is very funny and straight to the point. I don't usually have an issue when I need to schedule an appointment and get it fairly quickly. The staff has always been very kind and understanding. The office is very understand and a large building in the front of a strip mall in almost downtown St. Cloud. His hours are great and late. But I have been here where I have waited very late to be seen. But again, that is I guess to be expected when you see a doctor.

The nice lady there, please forgive me for not recalling your name, was so accommodating which made all the difference coming in for a not so fun event. What was so cool about it was that I was given a pair of headphones and was asked what my preference in music was and I selected "Classic Rock". Playing air guitar in an MRI is out of this world...joking..you can't move while in there but in my head I was playing air guitar. Great facility.

I even worked at Arnold Palmer Hospital Pediatric Rehabilitation program for 3 years and I know the ins and outs of therapy's and how it should work all around. This facility is horrible! my daughter has been a patient of theirs for quite some time now about 4 years or more. In the first two years it was great, they provided services conveniently at my daughters school and therapist kept in great communication with me but now it's outrageously frustrating that I can never get a hold of anyone in the office, including the owner Maria (her daughter Ms. C used to be my daughters teacher for 2 years when her services were immaculate). I don't get progress on my daughters goals or therapy sessions, there are times they go weeks without giving my daughter any therapy and I am not made aware. When it comes to re-evaluations they don't even sent me the therapy plan or discuss anything with me to see what her goals might be. I don't sign any paperwork or anything. During the summer nobody ever contacts me to see if my daughter will be needing services during the summer. People, we are talking about a special needs child who has Down Sy drone and has an extreme delay with motor skills and other problems. This is disgusting! This clinic needs to be shut down. When I asked if there was someone else I could speak with she said "above me? god." It's absolutely disgusting considering many other clients/patients have the same concerns I do. I was told when I made my 1st appointment that there would be paperwork. I sat down and finished with that paperwork and handed it back to Manny and waited for someone to greeted me from the staff of therapist. Remember to bring your ID and insurance cards as they scan them and hand them back to you. The staff is very friendly and speak English and Spanish. They make you feel at home, but don't let that fool you. You are there to work and get better after your procedure. Afterwards there is ice or heat for those tired muscles you've just worked on.
