We went a few months ago for his appointment and medication and I waited for over 2 hours while they had my husband in the back. I saw some odd patients. Almost like this was a pill mill. Too many people demanding medication and more appointments and almost arguing w the nurse and staff. It's located in Celebration but had a very back alley feel to it. Now hubby is out of meds and we've called the office for a week. No answer. Ever. Went there today and they're closed. Something isn't right. Stay away.

They must have changed their filing system recently because every staff member keeps asking where things are. They are extremely unorganized and they charge a copay to pick up prescriptions. After calling and leaving a message for clarification about a medical order, I never received a return call. When I called back later that day, I was simply told I needed to schedule an appointment to speak with the doctor. The office is over 30 minutes from my home, so it's not as if I can just stop by to resolve a communication issue. Like many large practices, everything goes through a call center, making it nearly impossible to reach the office directly. Florida has no shortage of medical providers. Customer service is what separates exceptional practices from mediocre ones, and this experience has been disappointing. I'm posting this in the hope that it gets the attention of the front office. I'll update my review if the situation is resolved.

I was nervous to try a new office but heard such wonderful things about this practice. Dr.Khan has really made me feel comfortable and at ease when coming into the office. She has an incredible attention to detail and is extremely thorough with her examinations. I always appreciate her willingness to explain things to me and how she is always ensuring that I understand what is happening and my options. I also appreciate that the practice offers mental health services in addition to primary care. I feel like having it all under one roof makes that referral and ability to connect to the right resources so much easier! Scheduling is also super easy! They are always able to find a time to get me in which I like! The front desk staff is so friendly and able to help answer questions whenever they come up. Overall I enjoy coming here and can't recommend them enough!

I have been here in regard to what feels like all things obstetrics and gynecology- from the depths of figuring out infertility to recently having our first baby! The providers and staff are so friendly, supportive and caring! Something that I really like about this practice is that is it an all women practice, from the staff and techs to the doctors, everyone is a woman who cares about women's health! The facility itself is clean and gives off a trendy spa like atmosphere. I primarily saw Dr.Hassan, and absolutely love her! She always made sure I felt heard, presented me options and was always willing to spend the extra few minutes with me to make sure I understood everything and every question was answered. Dr.Hassan is always so friendly and supportive, truly making conversations at appointments feel like you are catching up with a friend over lunch which I loved! All of the other doctors here were just as amazing and I always feel well respected and cared for. I really appreciate their on call phone line for evening and weekend support. When I was pregnant I did use it once and Dr.Gabriel happen to be on call, she was so helpful and supportive. I had called in the middle of the night regarding a concern and even though I didn't have an appointment with her, the next time I was in the office she made sure to stop by to check in on me before I left. Truly going above and beyond! The office staff is so lovely, and made coming to my appointments while pregnant so much more enjoyable! I was always greeted with a smile and a warm conversation. Towards the end of my pregnancy I was in the office multiple times a week for monitoring and the staff and techs truly made the experience so much more enjoyable to the point where I was looking forward to every appointment! I have had such a pleasant experience coming to this office and always recommend other women to come here when they are looking for a new obgyn!

I go here currently for my yearly pap, and I am always in and out super quick! The front office staff are always very welcoming and making checking in super easier.
