Don't even feel as though this place deserves one star. The staff lacks general hygiene. Going from one client to the next in a wide open, completely non private room without washing their hands. The PT went from touching one persons feet, to another person, to a person who was clearly sick and coughing never washing there hands, touching equipment and everything else. The unpleasant woman at the front desk who makes appointments (closest to the door, facing the wide open therapy room) sneezed into her hands, wiped her runny nose, coughed and sneezed without ever covering her mouth then proceeded to deal with clients never once washing her hands. There's absolutely no privacy, from your initial conversation with the therapist to your treatment the ENTIRE room can hear everything. When asked for appointments "as early as possible in the mornings" times at 10 and 11 am were offered. The room is disgustingly hot, I suppose catering the the average client age of 85+. Exercises and treatment were nothing that hadn't already been doing at home and staff wasn't very knowledgeable. Would rather just stay at home instead of having to deal with the possible spread of illnesses because the staff can't even be bothered to was their hands between touching clients. read more
