The person who schedules post-op therapy told me that I couldn't be seen for 6 weeks post surgery! Even though I just finished therapy for my back issues! I got an appointment and when I arrived my appointment was changed to an intern not a therapist, I waited at a table for over 30 minutes and was not seen and not asked about my pain level so I left! The owner was very upset to hear about my experience and reached out but by that time I had already scheduled by post op therapy with Peak Performance so that I could start my rehabilitation process as soon as possible.

He is very knowledgeable, polite, professional. He work with me. In addition, Robel also help me out for my exercise, and explain things to me. I have been to other physical therapy place, I feel this one is the "best". People are very nice and also very customer-centric. (has great customer-service). Even only 3 weeks, I recovered a lot already, thanks again everyone there. When I finally reached someone, their next available appointment was 1 month out - not great, but I took it anyway - I'm in pain. My appt was on a Monday. That previous Friday they called me while I was at work to let me know they ran my insurance, their office wasn't covered, so they're canceling my upcoming Monday appointment. By the time I got to the voicemail and called back, no answer again. Then Monday came around, my original appointment time passed and then they called me back to let me know "they re-ran my insurance and apologies for the mistake, but their office is covered so please call back to reschedule". I'm really sorry, but no. Out of principle, I'll take my tech salary/insurance somewhere else. I feel like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman, "big mistake". I'm about to put a bunch of money down for my healthcare - whatever is needed, and something like this shows me that customer care is not your forte.

From the first consultation, Anu was clear, kind, and realistic about what PT could do for me- no false promises, just thoughtful goal-setting and guidance. I have loved working with Dr. Preetha Nair, who is so warm and compassionate. Even if the intensity varies, every session has been helpful and felt effective. I've never been left wondering whether I'm doing an exercise incorrectly, no one here ever makes me feel rushed or like just "another appointment." The entire team is the perfect balance of being professional while also being personable. Tri-City provides a thoughtful variety of exercises to do at home, so care always feels intentional rather than routine. My only note is that scheduling and pre-intake communication requires a phone call, as there's no portal or email option- but everyone I've reached has been friendly and ready to help.

Telling patients to "speak English" while they are waiting for their appointment? Shouldn't they be paying attention to their work? When did we become such a racist country? I have been under the care of a doctor who referred me to their offices for therapy. My insurance covered and I had been ready to pay out of pocket if not. Upon arriving the way the staff treated me and another patient waiting I was taken back. I recorded the entire interaction and have reported it to OSHA. They are very racist and unprofessional. If you want to be treated like dirt, looked at up and down and have eyes rolled at you, by all means go on in and be prepared to leave in tears. I will never forget the way especially one of the staff members, who I believe is a physical therapist whispered something degrading while looking at me and laughing at another employee. She was also holding her phone as though recording me in tears. I'll never forget this and I will make sure no one experiences the treatment I did.

The billing is... interesting. I've never paid a co-pay upfront until coming here. But they'll take Venmo! =) Also, if you're referred by a doctor she's already worked with, it helps a lot. Lisa made me a brace and assigned me exercises. I'm a visual-kinesthetic person; I had to ask for a list of the exercises and go through them a couple times before I felt comfortable enough to leave. I am pretty nervous about doing MRI, I Never done it before, but he make it pretty easy. Just can't move for 45 minutes to get clear-image. Thanks again Alex. The Therapists are great like Kevin, Sophia, and Jamie including the Aids but of course they can only provide treatment as they are ordered and approved. Despite proving clerical with the paperwork, they are still confused and erroneously provided the wrong information (ie. being treated for right hand not left to my surprise). This is failure to include patient in on their their own care planning and treatment...mine! This feedback was escalated because the person at the front desk was unable to provide rationale and an explanation. Hope this changes.
