The front desk was friendly and helped me figure out the paperwork quickly even though I got there a few minutes early. The office was clean and everything seemed organized. I didn't have to wait too long which was a plus. The assistant called me in and asked a few basic questions, took down notes, and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. The doctor came in shortly after and took the time to ask detailed questions about my issue. What I appreciated most was they didn't rush through and actually listened to what I had to say. For my first time enter this place, it was a sub chiropractor (not Dr. Lee), he did not exam me carefully before the treatment, which gave me a pelvis tilt and serve muscle strain on the lower back, which left me end up not being able to walk normally for at least 3 weeks, and I had to take sick leaves because of this incident. For last four years, I've dealt with debilitating back, neck, and shoulder pain. It got so bad last year that I sought help from an ENT, maxillofacial surgeon, and spine specialist. Dr. Lee is a miracle worker. My lower right back pain, which he diagnosed as pain in my S.I. joint, brought me in for my first visit ever to a chiropractor. I didn't really know what to expect from the experience and I was blown away by the results. After a consultation and diagnosis, I was prepped with different muscle therapies to warm up and loosen. Dr Lee then performed the adjustment to my SI, and to be honest at first I didn't think anything changed. I think this was due to the fact I was expecting a huge crack sound but the adjustment really wasn't that loud / dramatic. I asked him are you sure you got it?? He said oh yes I got it! By the time I drove home, I stood up to get out of my car and walk in and it was like magic! No pain! During the first visit, Dr Lee said that my right leg was at first shorter than my left leg by about 2 cm due to the tightness in my SI on the right side. Just went in for my second visit today and he let me know there is much more flexibility in the joint now and also my legs are almost back to identical length, maybe a few mm off now only. He said it would require 2-3 visits to fix so we're right on track. The second adjustment... oh my goodness. It felt so freakin good and had a nice audible pop as my SI wasn't as tight as the first time. Oh man it felt so good and relaxing instantly. My back feels brand new and 10 years younger. Will be working on my upper back / shoulders / neck on my next visit. Will also be bringing in my wife to have her posture / upper back / shoulder pain evaluated. Dr. Harris K Lee and his office are incredibly professional and do a great job with adjustments. I highly recommend their services on that end. My only warning/heads up is pay attention to the costs and what he's charging insurance. Also continue to ask about what the plan is or you could be doing three adjustments a week and paying for it without knowing when it'll all end. My insurance med pay was emptied out fast and I had to end my care without a plan to continue my rehab. Also, the masseuse doesn't speak English which isn't the worst in the world but she would not take any advice from me when I asked her to go softer or tried to ask for a specific focus area. read more
