I went with my husband for an epidural for back pain. The office opened on time and the small…read morewaiting room filled up very quickly. It seems that they have great customer service as it was very easy to overhear when a patient is talking to the staff. It was nice to know that if you come in at the wrong time on the wrong day, you will be seen as soon as they can work you in. They seem to be pretty strict on their pain management prescriptions as they will not dispense more medicine even if you accidentally drop your pills in the toilet. Luckily my husband was taken in the back for examination and treatment pretty quickly, so I don't know what other situations aroze since we were on the way out the door within a few minutes. They gave my husband a sheet of paper with his limitations and what he should follow for the next 24 hours. He seemed to really like the doctor and he also said the medical techs were also very nice. He seemed very pleased with this office. I also thought the parking was plentiful and easy to get in and out of their parking lot. They have a 3% surcharge for using a credit card for the copay and treatment. Now along with bringing your insurance card and ID, you also need to bring a check book or a Debit Card.
