A few things aggravated me immediately : 1) the parking- Its a small street lined with other parked cars and it was a miracle we found a spot. 2) when we walked into the lobby/office area we stood there for a few minutes -like 17 minutes until another human appeared. 3) there was half eaten, open Chinese food on one of the desks and lots of dust. Id never allow that in my office. But I have to say this; the level of personal attention from these guys (kevin and then the manager Tom) felt like dealing with friends. We joked around, talked frankly with each other and they didn't seem at all interested in the sale but rather the finding out what out needs are in this situation. They were accommodating, not pushy at all and very sweet. I have not had a car experience like this before. I didn't have to BS them at all I was able to be upfront. Tom had me leave him a wish list so he could personally find what we needed in the next few weeks despite the fact that our request will not exactly bring them big profit. To be honest it would be hard for me to ever shop elsewhere with the way things are here. Not to mention they had a nice rounded stock as it was. Any other place would have been trying to shove an alternative down our throat, not in this place. I suspect it has to do with the fact they are also an auto repair and customization shop. I think thats fabulous. Their focus is not all selling I guess. I am going to direct many others to them with instruction to ignore the little initial blips in the name of this homey atmosphere that is so worth annoying parking and a little dust. We were able to walk out of there after our wish list was taken by their very nice receptionist, and simply leave without an inkling of pressure and phoniness--- Good job guys, I will recommend you any day. Unfortunately, over the past year, ever since new management took over, this location has gone completely downhill. I recently came in for two new tires. Due to my work schedule, everything was handled over the phone with the manager, who recommended what turned out to be the worst tires I've ever had. Just five days later, one of them had an issue. Of course, I was immediately told it was a "nail in the sidewall" and because I supposedly declined the protection coverage, I would have to buy another tire. The problem is that the coverage was NEVER offered to me in the first place. The same manager I originally dealt with then accused me of lying about not being offered the warranty and only offered me a replacement tire "at cost." While waiting in the lobby, employees were loudly having personal conversations, including crying, hugging someone in the waiting area, and using profanity while talking about being "pissed the fuck off" at a utility company call. Completely unprofessional atmosphere. I eventually contacted corporate directly. To their credit, they apologized, allowed me to purchase the warranty afterward, and helped partially resolve the issue. But honestly, after being a loyal customer for over 10 years, this entire experience was incredibly disappointing. This used to be a place that genuinely cared about customers. Sadly, I can no longer recommend it, and I will not be returning.

(Note: My collision was not that significant, yours may take more time.) He was responsive to my emails and worked to get proper payment from insurance without me involved. He just got it done. When I picked the car up he went over the work done carefully while in front of the car. Very friendly. Repair 5/5: PERFECT I tell ya'! The paint matched flawlessly; the lines on the pieces that were replaced were dead-on straight. The brand emblem was replaced, headlight -- perfect. He even took care of a minor ding I had which was not covered. Car handles great. Cleanliness: 5/5 - The car looked showroom new when he gave it back to me. He got it cleaned inside and out. I was not expecting it to look as good as it did. Prices: 4/5 - Seemed reasonable to me. Fortunately I didn't have to pay anything because of my situation. (Wasn't my fault.)
