One of the employees took the watch into a back room to replace the battery, was back there for almost 30 minutes, brought the watch back and said he had replaced the battery, but that the watch wasn't working. That there must be some other reason that it's not working. This morning, took the watch to another jeweler, he said there is a very small screw and a positive clip to the battery missing. The watch was working fine the day before yesterday. No one has opened the watch since the last time a jeweler changed the battery. Spoke with the employee this morning. He says the battery just fell out of it when he took the back off the watch. You have to remove the screw holding the clip to remove the battery. The watch will not run without this piece holding the battery in place. We have bought several pieces of jewelry at this location. Sorry to say that we will no longer be patrons.

We go back every six months so they can clean and inspect it for free to keep the warrenty up. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do not try to push anything on you just because you are in the store but are very helpful if you want to look at something or have a question. I have purchased other jewelry throughout the years from them and have always been happy with it. I have never had any problems or any stones comming out. I really enjoy the selection they have. If I am looking for jewelery as a gift I don't want to see thirty pieces that look exactly the same. I want to see several that are the only kind they have. Kay keeps several pieces like this so after you give that gift your wife won't see it on a bunch of others as she goes around town. Of course they do have some that are very specifically made to all look alike if that is what you do want.
