Also he addressed my neuropathy and was quite candid about the treatment options. No upselling. No back billing. All up front and concise. X may work. Y may not. No "lets pay a for a new car" just to see if it works. I like that. His staff are amazingly friendly and I love seeing Mrs. Penny smiling when I walk in. SO. TL;DR time kids. Sound medical advice? Dr. Francis told stories about his own daughters and how he didn't like to see them cry either. He made her less anxious and she was able to relax a bit. He took care of her ingrown toenail that was hurting her horribly. His bedside manners along with his medical assistant's manners were incredibly professional.
