I was referred to Dr. Nate by someone at the gym. My first appointment was very thorough. He asked a ton of questions, did an X-ray, an adjustment and a massage. He also told me he was a nutritionist and if I ever had any questions to feel free to ask. I was given an ice pack and some bio freeze and told to come back for my results in a day or two. I mentioned how I wasn't sure if I could I would have to figure a babysitter out and then make an appointment. He said bring them. You'll be in and out and I would rather take care of your back and get you up and running again then to have you miss an appointment. I was a little apprehensive about bringing 3 small children ages 2,3,and 6 into my appointment but Dr. Nate was so good with them. He showed them what he was doing, he had them check my feet. He really made me so relaxed having them there because honestly I was waiting for it to be an awful idea. I have brought them in plenty times since and I am feeling better than I have in a while. I also love the little gifts I get in the mail every once in a while. To make a long story even longer, I would recommend Dr. Nate to anyone that is in a lot pain or just wants maintenance appointments to keep your body well adjusted and performing like it should.

They did and had an opening so I canceled a previous appointment and drove 40 miles to their office. Once there I find out that my medicare insurance won't pay for anything but the actual adjustment. So without prior notice, I was expected to pay at least $60.00 and whatever 'extras' the doctor decided I needed on the spot. While this can happen, it should NOT happen when the staff member asked if I had a Medicare plan and I said yes. She knew I would have to pay out of pocket when I got there and deliberately kept that nugget to herself. This was made all the more annoying since the intake forms she sent me to fill out were 14 pages long. When I challenged her about withholding this information after I specifically called for the coverage information she simply said they don't normally discuss it on the phone. Right. I guess that's because after most people drive there and wade through the ridiculously long intake forms they acquiesce to pay rather than start over with another doctor. This was deliberate on their part and I suspect a little too opportunistic. Never again will I trust this doctor's office for any reason. Treatment is always excellent and comprehensive, without any of the questionable practices I've encountered at some chiropractors in the past. My body is in better shape than it has been in YEARS, with increased mobility and a lot less pain. I currently see Dr. Miles, who is fantastic - very knowledgeable and helpful any time I have pain or discomfort. The staff are great - very friendly and helpful, and helped me keep track of my insurance info when navigating my car accident. Since the pandemic, they've kept the waiting room clear, and I can almost always get an appointment within a day or two, and usually the same day when needed. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for relief!

After a couple of months, I got a new job that was nowhere near the area, so in February of 2021, I canceled my membership, as I found it harder to get all the way to Clifton park. I filled out the form required and terminated my membership. In August of 2021, I was looking over my credit card statement only to find that I was still being charged the monthly fee from April of 2021 thru August of 2021. I contacted the Joint and I was given the run around. I was told that an ex employee had reactivated several accounts after they had been canceled and that the owner was working towards compensating all of the members that had been wrongfully charged. I continued to call, but this issue was never resolved. They never reached out to me, they never event attempted to make this right! They still owe me over $500 that I was charged after my membership was canceled. It only took me this long to post about it because life has more important things that I need to deal with.

His exam was 3 minutes of nonsense. He was not qualified to deem me healthy. I had TWO surgeons with MD licenses tell me I NEED surgery to get better. This man is obviously getting kickbacks from the insurance adjusters to dismiss real disabilities. There's a special place in Hell for this kind of evil deceit. I wouldn't recommend. If you can hobble, hobble away from this guy. He will try to sell you over priced pillows and orthotics for a little side money, too!
