I called, but they said I tried to charge something with paypal. When I said I did not do that, they said I had to contact paypal and they would not credit me the $33 overdraft fee, even through no charge was viewed on my account! This is the first overdraft fee I have ever seen on my account, and I am furious that they did not extend good customer service towards me when I had a positive balance on my account and did not make the paypal charge (and further this "charge" that I did not make was denied and never went though my bank they said!) . Will be changing banks.

Normally when making a new account with a bank, you are brought to a desk to talk one on one. Nope we wrote our information on a lined paper ripped out of a notebook. Then she told us to sit across the room on a couch. I felt super weird about it. And I told my husband that but we were already here and in the process. Then, while people were in there, the banker yelled, "is your social security number ..." and proceeded to yell out my husbands social. He got up right then and asked them to cancel the account because we knew our money and private info was not in safe hands. This may not be everyone's experience. But it was ours and we will not be banking here

Well , we all on the same account and this is the first time I was ever told this. I did call the 800 number and the rep told me I could have indeed done this at the branch. I called the branch manager and left him a message about my concerns of the lack of customer service. And he has NOT returned my call. I should have gone to the Graves Mill location like I ALWAYS have done but this was closer. This branch need me assistance with customer service.
