I can't believe the call I just received from Simple Blessings, Inc. In Altavista, Virginia. I called the owner to request a review of my homeowners and automobile insurance. The owner, Patrick, was extremely condescending and, rather than review my current policies, told me to go elsewhere. WHAT? I called him out for repeatedly talking down to me and he drops ME after many years. I will find another agent but I'd advise anyone to stay away from this agent.
