Worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. Lack of communication and cost me money: I asked the president of this company, Peyton Howard, to take on my case for getting home insurance. Weeks after I thought everything was set (I filled the application with him, signed, everything seems like a done deal and there is no further communication with him), I get a bill from my lender stating that there were complications and they are charging me a fee which I let Peyton know about and even ask if he still wants to be my agent. Not only does he not reply to my email, follow-up email, or acknowledge anything about the loss of money (which I was not requesting him to reimburse. I was just letting him know). Unreliable and not only useless, but hurtful. I wish I could post my email exchange with this man to show how negligible he is. His mistakes and lack of empathy cost me. Another occasion: He said that time sensitive mail that he sent to me was returned to sender. This almost NEVER happens to me, unless he never sent me mail in the first place. I've known the Howard Family for years personally & darned if they aren't the most professional folks in Bedford. I had a few incidents on my driving record & it was tough to find good rate. Geico is FULL OF LIES--Garry & his team are not! They'll search all corners of the insurance world. I know they deal well with other more complex policies, for example, SR-22 policies as well. When I moved to north, I was sorry to leave them behind! They also sell home, life, employer benefit packages, & an array of other protection products.
