Worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with. Lack of communication and cost me money:…read more I asked the president of this company, Peyton Howard, to take on my case for getting home insurance. Weeks after I thought everything was set (I filled the application with him, signed, everything seems like a done deal and there is no further communication with him), I get a bill from my lender stating that there were complications and they are charging me a fee which I let Peyton know about and even ask if he still wants to be my agent. Not only does he not reply to my email, follow-up email, or acknowledge anything about the loss of money (which I was not requesting him to reimburse. I was just letting him know). Unreliable and not only useless, but hurtful. I wish I could post my email exchange with this man to show how negligible he is. His mistakes and lack of empathy cost me. Another occasion: He said that time sensitive mail that he sent to me was returned to sender. This almost NEVER happens to me, unless he never sent me mail in the first place. Now I feel lied to as well. Even if it was returned, he had my email and phone number. No communication whatsoever.

Call them-you'll see the difference between a big name where you're a number & a local agency where you are YOU!!

She was quick to respond and not only that, saved us both close to half what we had been paying. She is an asset not only to her agency, but to the people she helps. I am 70 years old, and well remember the days when you actually were assigned an agent and worked with that person throughout the life of your relationship with your chosen company. I had believed those days were long gone, but Kara proved me wrong. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She will go well past the proverbial 10th mile for her clients, and they can only benefit from having her in their corner!

On my first audit I had to do all of the leg work myself including preparing documents and figuring it all out myself. They were willing to review my materials before i sent them into the revenue service, however, it was very difficult to even be seen here. I spent hours preparing all of my documentation on my own wondering why i even payed these people the amount of money i did. So, I figured ok its over I will never be audited again. Well i was audited for the second time the following year and again no assistance or backup from my tax people again. I will never go to this place again and i assure you that if anything happens involving an audit you will receive little to no support in the matter. I would highly advise people to steer clear of this place!
