I really like the Doctor and feel that he is knowledgeable; however, after my experience today I will NEVER return. My daughter had an appointment a few weeks ago and when they called to confirm I had to cancel as our entire family was sick and I didn't think they wanted us to come in. I apologized for not calling sooner. When I called to reschedule the appt today the woman on the phone, with whom I haven't enjoyed dealing with in the past, proceeded to tell me that there was a note in my chart stating that "we don't keep appointments". First of all, I am working mom of 3 with my husband who is unable to help me get kids to appointments. Second, my entire family was ill with fevers, I can't cancel? Third, it was 24 hours in advance. When I told her how rude and appalling her comments were she proceeded to ask me again and again if I would I wanted the March 5th appointment at 4:30. I am highly offended. Life happens and I am sorry if I couldn't make an appointment but my daughter is 8 having difficulty seeing and instead of working with me this is how I am treated. I feel like I am Elaine in Seinfeld when they put she was "difficult" in her medical records. I try to be understanding and kind, I was not rude to her at all and the comments were completely unprompted. I do my best as a working mom but today INFINTY EYE CARE you failed every mom that is struggling out there to keep everything together. If you are a busy family with children I suggest you go elsewhere because your chart will reflect that you have a LIFE.

I was then told I didn't have a negative balance. Moving forward, I received another bill. Called again and was told the same thing. All of a sudden this week I get a bill from collections. Over $57 that I tried to pay twice and was told I had no balance due. I went ahead and paid it plus the $14 extra that was charged for it going to collections. I wanted to leave a review to make sure this doesn't happen to someone else. I was lucky to have caught it before they actually went after my credit. I've also called and left a message and never got a return phone call from the dental office.
