My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Weber for the past two years, and every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Weber is very friendly, but what I appreciate most is that he takes his time to listen and answer all of our questions. You never feel rushed or like you're just another patient going through an assembly line. His two staff members are also incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The atmosphere of the office is very personalized and relaxed. It doesn't feel commercialized, which is becoming harder and harder to find these days. As a self-pay patient, I also feel that his exam pricing is very fair. My only complaint isn't about Dr. Weber or his office at all--it's the outrageous cost of prescription glasses in general. It's hard to believe that we're living in a world where a pair of prescription glasses can easily cost $800 or more. Unfortunately, that part of the experience can be a real financial burden. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Weber to anyone looking for an optometrist who genuinely listens, takes his time, and provides personalized care. We're very happy to have found him! As for anyone there that I saw, (and I basically met the entire staff) everyone was very kind and professional. Not good. I've been wearing glasses or contacts for more…read morethan 30 years. I experienced here was less than desirable. The doctor was very cold and almost argued with me about wanting contacts with progressive vision. He was adamant that I wouldn't be able to see right but I've been wearing progressive contacts for 15 years. He was very quick to put drops in my eyes without telling me what they were except to say that he could see my eyes better. Had I known and he was dilating my eyes I would've protested. You can't determine if a prescription possibility works if your eyes are dilated. He handed me to context in the dark exam room, said put them on and I'll be back in five minutes. It was extremely awkward, putting them on without proper lighting and a mirror that was at a decent level. He didn't come back for almost 20 minutes when I finally moseyed into the hallway and asked where he was, he was caught up on his computer on another case. He walked in almost upset that I disrupted him. Told me to go home, wearing them and to give them my glasses so that they could send them out with the new prescription. So I left with contacts in my eyes, I couldn't see, I didn't know if the prescription would work properly and I had to give up my glasses which I did willingly. Needless to say, I came home hunting for my readers after realizing I can't see worth a darn with these contacts in. I called the next morning to tell them the prescription was not appropriate for my vision and then I wanted my glasses back. She informed me that she already sent them out with the new prescription. How do you order a new prescription without knowing if it's the right prescription or not? I need to wait several days for my glasses to come back. I wrote/vented on Facebook on a public group. Before picking up my glasses when they came in a lady from the office called me wanting to talk about my post line by line. I told her that was inappropriate to come at me about a public post. After $500 later I picked up my glasses. And I was right they are not the correct prescription for my vision. Now I'm stuck going to a different eye doctor and paying out-of-pocket for my exam since I used my insurance with Springhill eye. I'll also have to come out of pocket for my glasses and contacts. I forgot to mention that when he sent me home with the context in my eyes, he never sent me home with the contact lens case or contact lens solution or anything. I'm not used to that as every eye doctor I've ever been to sets you up for success by providing those things. If I could save someone from going to this facility, I hope this posted that. They are a family run facility and said they've been in business for a very long time, but I don't see how given the customer service I received.

This Doctor & his Staff did an Amazing job doing their tests with me to find out why my Toric Lens was Blurry! They found the issue & Scare tissue built up over the lens was the problem! Doctor Nick said, we can fix it Today with a simple Laser, 15-20 seconds on each eye & you'll be back to the time after your surgery in 2018 with Clear Vision! I DID IT & I'm So Happy I found BEATIFIC VISION & Dr. Nicholas Bottaro!! I would highly recommend them for any Vision issues !! Thank you, Seth E.

My insurance company told me about Dr. Nowell. I went to see him today and it was a very nice, clean, serene, good smelling office environment. The young receptionist welcomed me with a smile. Then the eye technician took me back for an initial exam. Then to doctor examined my eyes. He put some drops in and I went back out front to wait. The receptionist then showed me their array of eyeglass frames. Don't be fooled by the size of their office. They have many many types to choose from. They accept(ed) my insurance and I had a fairly hefty amount available. My part of the bill was fair and affordable. I will only go to them anymore. No more crowded offices.

I was referred to many different eye Doctors in the Tampa Bay area for second opinions - and went to many of them as well. However, I have found that Dr. Anderson is leaps and bounds above the rest. He is very knowledgeable, honest and shares a wealth information with you. I had to go to Miami for "Corneal Cross-linking" procedure and Dr. Tratter also told me what good hands I was in for my follow up appointments and contact fittings. His "bedside mannor" is rare, and very welcoming in today's world. It's obvious he looks at my chart before he sees me and knows what to ask, look for and how he relate. Too many other Doctors have their technicians do all the work and they come in and give their 2 cents and exit quickly. I have never felt rushed, or have ever felt like he was rushed either.
