While I am not superstitious, I did not want the old mirrors broken. I am not sure how they were going to remove the old mirrors. Initially I thought they would have to be cut out of the walls, new dry wall installed and then new mirrors affixed. The removal of the old mirrors took about 15 minutes and no glass was broken. They had the equivalent of a giant suction cup. They wiggle the glass with the suction cups and the mirrors were removed in a few minutes. If you have never behind a mirror, and we had not, there were 4 big circles of mirror glue. This hold process was super fascinating. The new mirrors were installed in less time as the removal of the old mirrors. The Palacios Glass team does excellent work!

Ugh! I'm a bit disappointed…read more Proline Glass & Mirror replaced a window pane for me back in May 2022 for $200. I called back recently, 5 months later, to replace another pane that's exactly the same and was quoted $350. When I asked why there was such a jump in pricing in less than six months, they said, "Glass went up 40% ... Prices are increasing every day in the construction industry. I have no control over it, unfortunately." Okay? So my increase is way more than 40%? So I called three other glass companies with the highest quote at $180. Wow, that's even lower than the first price I paid. I'm just flabbergasted! Compared to other local small businesses, the prices Proline Glass & Mirror quoted are astronomically more, and especially for a repeat customer. For these reasons, I must update my review and drop my rating.
