I was seen at this clinic on 7/30/25 for Visual Disturbances which I've had in the past but this…read moretime I'm seeing squiggly lines and visual disturbances all day and it started happening to this affect 3 days ago I was seen by Optometrist Dr Doctor who did an exam and said my Retinas were healthy and what I had were floaters which I already knew but in the past this issue would resolve normally within an hour and I would get them once in a while but not every day all day which is what is happening now I told this to the Optometrist who had no time for questions nor did he ask me if I had any So basically they allowed me to leave with this issue which again I'm gett all day and has not decreased without any follow up for me at all I called the nurse line through my insurance who stated they should have also discussed the medications I was on as well as address some type of follow up I have requested a 2nd MD opinion offered by my company This clinic will send me an exorbitant bill for basically do an exam telling me I have floaters and allowing me to leave with my vision impaired with absolutely no follow up instructions Terrible care I'm supposed to just live with these visual disturbances all day every day now I'm tempted to notify the Attorney General office about this clinic terrible experience now I'll have to incur even more heal care costs because I'm not going to live with dots and squiggly lines in my vision all day I expect the manager of this clinic to return my call

However, upon arrival I had to wait one minute (you'll understand why I'm mentioning the one min) and then was denied service because we were outside of the "late" window. The receptionist said that their cut off for late appointments is eight minutes. I looked at the time and said what time is it? She said nine minutes! I honestly wish they either would have told me they have an "eight minutes" late policy (though I was standing there waiting) or honestly why have such a tight schedule? No thanks! We will be headed to another eye doctor.

I hated my contacts and never felt the prescription was right, but they never seemed to listen and kept giving me the same kind every time. Was so frustrating. Went here off a coworkers recommendation and am so happy! The Dr immediately had a feeling why the other ones weren't working and gave me some trials of new ones. Instantly better and am thrilled to finally not hate my contacts. The woman that works the front desk is LOVELY. So polite and helpful. Simply great customer service. Just got new glasses from them last week and she let me take a few frames down the block to get the much needed opinions from my coworkers before deciding. Above and beyond.

They literally spent over 2 hours with me today helping me order custom frames for my artsy personality because I didn't see anything with crazy enough colors on the shelf. They even helped me customize the tips of the glasses. Bre didn't miss a freaking beat and she talked to me like a friend and not like a sales person. I will never go to any other optical. It was one of those moments where you walk out feeling like an incredibly thankful person that was taken care of so amazingly well. Bre and Lindsey honestly made my entire day today. And this is a review from someone who had no prior experience with them, and someone that just randomly waltzed into target today for an eye exam. All of the staff at Midwest Dental in Victoria made me feel welcome and important. Dr. Green was very thorough and showed care for me and my teeth. The office staff was able to quickly book me for a follow-up appointment and was able to process my insurance without any effort on my part. The dentist's office is not anyone's favorite place to go, but Midwest Dental made my experience great!
