Contradictory to the contract that Eugene drew up, and to the payment that we made (which had its' own complications, twice), 4 of my guests over heard the driver mention that she would be making 1 trip back at 9:30. My wedding went until 10:30 and the last drop off time was contractually set for 11:00. My husband and I, unaware of this, were shocked to see half of my wedding leave over an hour early and many people who had planned to take the bus home and were not expecting to leave so abruptly. This literally ruined 2 special things that we had set up with our God Parents who had to get on the bus at 9:30, our bubble exit, and our group picture. After a wedding, where people were celebrating with libations, the thought of half of my guests having to drive home or find a way home at 10:30 at night was a stress that was caused because Flagstaff Limousine went against our contract without notifying me, my husband, or anyone other than 4 guests who happened to over hear this on the bus ride there. We were appalled with this service and will not be using or recommending them again. Neither will our venue and planner. #unacceptable #unprofessional #stayaway

So call anyway cuz we all know the internet is not always accurate and I prob miss read as well. Their office is great w a couch, couple chairs, restrooms, outlet to charge phone. Get there early cuz Ubers can be quick or delay in Flagstaff winters due to rain and snow. I got a comfortable ride to Camp Verde, an hour away. I wish they went into Prescott but we can't always get what we want in life! I'm blessed that my Prescott friend is picking me up in CV. I've also taken Groome in the middle of nowhere Montana. This is a great comfortable transportation company that gets you there in any weather, rain and snow. My drivers have always been pleasant. The office guy in Flagstaff is an absolute love. I missed my first shuttle and had to call about 6 times with questions and changes and he was above and beyond courteous and helpful to me. Always be sweet in life cuz you catch more with honey than being spicy! For an extra charge, Groome can pick you up around Flagstaff, if you don't want to chance it with Uber! Happy Travels!

The staff I interacted with on the phone were all very helpful. There were some stark differences across drivers but overall in the neutral-to-excellent range. I didn't have cash on the way back and couldn't quite figure out how to tip the driver. Note they don't really stop for folks to get out to and from GC without a direct request which we were unaware of. Also, the confirmation emails sometimes give incorrect pickup times so be sure to confirm ahead of time. The staff member I called after the shuttle hadn't come mentioned they had tried to call, but I was on a plane and didn't receive the voicemail till later. Seats were just shy of comfortable but fine. Overall, a convenient way to get to Grand Canyon National Park.

They picked us up from our hotel, made several stops including clean bathroom breaks and couple gift shops. Overall, the tour was amazing. Although we only spent 45 minutes at a horseshoe Bend, we were able to take some awesome pictures and walk around. But definitely the highlight was Antelope Canyon. You can only go on a tour here with the Navajo guide and our guide Ray was fantastic. We spent about 1.5 hours at lower Antelope Canyon. He really made the tour fun, informative, and he took the best pictures. The photos do not do it justice. The experience was just unreal. Each term that we took we were in awe. The downside was our tour guide Brandon. Although he was very friendly, he didn't seem that knowledgeable. Maybe he was having an off day but there were a couple times that he stopped mid sentence while telling a fact and even ended a fun fact with blah blah blah to finish up his sentence. At one point, he even started chewing on a candy or something while hooked up to the microphone. This was really annoying. We still had a very great day just a couple things that didn't make it a five star experience. Did you have a lot of options for tours and their office is located centrally in the uptown area.

There is never any pressure on the cost of a tasting or a meal, just a desire for one to enjoy the experience. BTW: AZ wine is great! It is still in its pioneering days so none of the wineries try to just play it safe. Therefore you get some very well crafted, unique wines. Jake can tell you all of the varietals and the perspective of each winemaker. The is a very fun outing while in Sedona!

Our tour guides name was Jeremie, And he had it stocked with water and snacks just in case we needed it. It was air-conditioned, which was great. We went to Page Springs, Oak Creek and DA Ranch wineries. All the wineries had food available, which was nice and we also have pre-ordered lunch to eat at Oak Creek winery and it was delicious. Jeremie was great and he sensed our groups vibe and picked appropriate wineries for us to travel to depending on the day went. He was very knowledgeable about wine and also was a fantastic photographer and took great pictures of us. If you ever want to go on a wine tour, this one is it and you definitely have to request him because he will check in with you before the day and then checked in the day after to say that he hopes we had a great time! We had a blast and if we are ever in the area again, we'll definitely go through this company again. It was great.
