His expertise helped us a lot narrow down homes so we could see the best ones. His knowledge of the market was key in identifying what homes were under and overpriced. Brian's understanding of a house's architecture (e.g. foundation, topography, window layout, floor plan) helped us develop our own eye for important details to pay attention to when viewing homes. Throughout the process, Brian was extremely responsive, warm, and just a great person to work with, and we feel proud to have been represented by him in our home purchase. It's almost been a year out, and we are still super happy with our home purchase and the good price we paid for it. I highly recommend Brian to anyone on Yelp!

I would hope that practicing due diligence is still considered good business practice, along with ethics and integrity. I don't seem to be able to discern those qualities in this company. I would think what appears to me to be, at the very least, a poor decision by Ms. Skipworth and/or the company she works for would not be good business practice.
