What makes me happier is that we are only one street away from my mother in law. I'm definitely going back to her when I purchase my first home! I did see a few holes and dints in the walls which will require pictures taken before I move in all my things, possibly video as well. Overall Kats will answer all questions and will get back to you asap. Thank you and God bless you.

Where do I even start?! Stacey was an absolute blessing. Thought I knew what realtor I was going to…read moreuse until I walked into one of Stacy's open houses. After just a few minutes chatting I knew she was going to be the one to help me find my new home. We met up and she asked ALL the questions to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. By that evening she set up my search and within a day I had a list of homes to dig through all fitting my wants and needs. She really made me feel like I was her number one client (even though I knew I wasn't). Communication was always quick, she had all the answers to my questions and great suggestions. Being new to the state there were a lot of things to be aware of that I didn't know about. So one of my favorite things was she didn't hide the flaws. She was always honest and pointed out everything, good and bad, so I was fully aware of everything. From start to finish Stacy was always on top of it. She had a person for everything! And every single one of them was just as fantastic as she was. The escrow and closing process was seamless. Every single one of the million documents sent to me she was willing to explain and even walk through each line with me. I never once was concerned when signing a document.
