The agent told me with the way the economy was and the housing market being somewhat depressed that we need to price the house below market value and be prepared for it to be on the market somewhere between 60 and 90 days. The day we were to meet with the agent and sign the contract, my aunt call me and said she had heard of a company called the Real Estate Connection owned by Sharon Carman who had sold a home in two days. Without any further discussion my aunt decided we should use Sharon. We met with Sharon and signed the contract. I was thinking to myself that there is no way you can sell a house in two days. Well I was right she didn't sell it in two days, it took a four whole days to sell the house. Not only that but we received full asking price. Sharon has a different approach in selling a home.
