For the past 3 years I have been purchasing and renovating homes in the Ferris community. Even though I am a broker with local MLS access I have chose to use Don Baker to sell the past 4 homes I have renovated in the community. The reason is simple, Don understands the local market like no other broker I have meet. With each sale he has taken his time to help me not just sell the house quickly but for the highest price possible. Each sale has had it's issues arise and each time Don has stepped up to help us solve to issue quickly. I intend to continue to use Don as my agent. He is simple one of the best I have found in 25 years. I can say enough about his work ethic, market knowledge or professionalism. -Deacon Shields

Before we even started touring properties, she took the time to meet with me over video and walk through MLS listings together so we could narrow down what I was actually looking for. That conversation helped clarify my priorities and made the whole process feel organized from the beginning. Since then, she has shown me several homes around the greater Dallas area and has been incredibly generous with her time. She went above and beyond was when she FaceTimed me from an open house I couldn't make it to so I could still see the property and ask questions in real time. That level of effort meant a lot. Catherine is very transparent, patient, and easy to work with. She listens carefully, gives honest feedback, and never makes you feel pressured to rush into anything. It's clear she genuinely wants to help her clients find the right home rather than just close a deal. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I would definitely recommend working with her. I haven't found the perfect house yet, but she's been fantastic throughout the search and I'm really glad to have her helping me through the process.

From the beginning, she impressed us with her level of preparedness and professionalism. At our first meeting, she already had been looking at the value of the home we wanted to sell and had outlined a marketing plan. She was also quick to respond when we had questions and stayed in constant communication with us regarding feedback from showings and other events during the process. She helped talk us through every step of the way as we received an offer and went through negotiations. From the inspection, some concerns were noted. We contacted her to discuss it and she had already lined up the appropriate professionals to verify the concerns and prepare quotes to help us in our response to the buyers. Negotiations were smooth with no major issues arising. We had already narrowed down the general area in which we were interested in living. She provided additional information based on her knowledge of the area which enabled us to further narrow our search. We quickly found a property and she was on top of the negotiations. She has a team of venders available that was helpful as the inspection identified hail damage to the roof. Her roofer was able to provide verification and helped in working with the sellers to get the issue addressed by their insurance prior to closing. We highly recommend her for her knowledge, communication skills, and for staying on top of things every step of the way throughout the process.
