Are you looking for casual food, but with gourmet ingredients? This is the place for you. Piadina is an Italian flour tortilla tipical of the Emilia-Romagna region. Everything is prepared on the spot, fresh, and full of flavor. I came for a lunch break with my friend Chiara, and the place was full of students (the piadineria is located between two high schools), but we managed to get a seat. I had the piadina with prosciutto crudo, squacquerone (fresh, creamy cheese) and arugula. My friend went for a super local combo: salsiccia di Bra (raw veal and bacon sausage- divine!), cheese from Bra, and salad. The service is quite fast and you can see the cooks working in the kitchen through a glass wall, which is very nice. Super cute spot for a quick bite, I'll definitely come back! read more
