It has wonderful ambiance and is managed by 2 brothers, Chef Fabio is in the kitchen and Christian handles the wine & table service. Christian was hostess with the mostess in between serving our table with great wine and amazing honest, tasty, home cook Italian food from the Piemonte region, Christian also helped push our friend's baby stroller around so that she can fall sleep while we eat...love the warmth that we received from this amazing restaurant. Great Piemontese cuisine, typical specialties from the region. Good selection of local wines. Chef Fabio taught our group how to make fresh pasta, egg ravioli and gnocchi. My favorite was the antipasti, anchovies with potato gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese, warm homemade bread. Every course was simple, but yet so delicious.
