I was shocked one night by how I was treated, being a returning customer, and living alone. This man is probably the most inconsiderate, unkind, and rude person I communicated with all holiday season. Being a returning customer, and only living 3 BLOCKS away from me, I thought he could help me one night. I worked late, came home, and went to leave, realizing I had locked myself out of my apartment, along with my car keys. My phone was at a 2% charge when I had made the phone call to him. He answered with his business label, and informed me "not tonight, call someone else" and hung up. I proceeded to my phone browser to look up more lock smiths. My phone had died before I was able to receive any numbers. I knocked on my neighbor's door, informing him this was now an emergency and I needed to use his phone charger. He kindly let me in, and I continued my search for other locksmiths. I called every single one listed in twin falls, including the ones in Jerome. No answer from anyone. So, being disparate, I called him back. Telling him this was an emergency and reminding him I am one of his neighbors, and my phone being dead, he continued to say "No, no, no, no!" until he finally hung up on me for a second time. Luckily, I did have a brother that lives in Burley, so I called him informing him about my situation, and he graciously drove all the way from Burley to pick me up and drive me all the way back to his house so I had a place to stay for the night, and drove me all the way back to twin in the morning when my landlord kindly unlocked the door for me for free (my landlord living 45 minutes away).
I will never contact him again, he obviously is not grateful and appreciative of his customers. read more
