I literally brought everything they had asked me to. Even though the guy had me approved and told me my information was good she insisted that it was trash. She talks about my family with a person I know and talks trash about my family. She doesn't even know us on a personal level so why is she even talking about us! That was my first time even coming for myself so she doesn't know me so why be so hateful!

My daughter was approved for the loan and Sam took upon herself not to give to her because of the information my daughter had brought she called trash. She is very ugly to the guy that works there. She is very unprofessional. Talks to my aunt about us all the time and Sam doesn't even know us but takes my aunts word on everything not knowing facts. Anyway it's none of her business.We were customers until she started acting ugly towards us. We will never go back as long as she is there.
