I've had several conversations with them and none have ended positively. If it wasn't for Amanda at the main branch, all of my banking needs would be at my new bank but she talked me into keeping this account and safe deposit box open. For example, I called online support because I purchased a new phone and, naturally, forgot my password for an account I rarely use. She wants to know my last cash withdrawal amount to verify my identity. Seriously? That's what you're using to verify it's me? Naturally, because I haven't used the account in a month and I have gone paperless, I haven't a darn clue. Denied. I know what the balance is. Nope. Won't suffice. I have to call the main branch to speak to the people who really do understand customer service to get customer service to do what they're supposed to do. A hometown banking experience is great, but not if the technology isn't keeping up or the customer service is a bunch of snooty folks who don't grasp exactly what good customer service is. Seriously disappointed.
