She tries to hit our car and tries to scare us into leaving. Where we are parked is in a public parking lot, not close to anyone's vehicle. We don't bother anyone or ask for help. We just eat food and watch a video while we charge our phone. We are waiting to start a job and we reserve our gas but this lady has nothing better to do than harass and cause trouble for a brother and sister that is in mourning. I wouldn't recommend this place because I am not sure if this is the owner or an employee.

WTH is going on‍ I've tied for the past few weeks to get them to at least answer my call, but no response The mailbox is full!! Obviously they could care less if your information was sent incorrectly!! Sorry to be so negative, but there is no excuse for paying customers to be treated this way. Regardless of which branch you use, you are always treated with courtesy and professionalism. We are treated like friends, even though we also deal with business matters daily. To have a Banker that not only treats you with friendliness and respect, and gives you there personal cell number in case something arises outside of business hours, is something very rare. Premier Bank has established itself in Cullman and beyond as the Bank to do business with. I would highly recommend them for personal and business needs. There's just a difference in doing business with a Hometown Bank, like Premier Bank of the South!

They refused to change a $100 bill for $100 in five dollar bills because I wasn't a customer. This particular Branch is the only bank within walking distance of the festival, yet still refused to be of service. Definitely not a bank I would want to do business with in the future. The people who referred me to this bank were very upset that their bank had such lousy service for out of town visitors. I wasn't pleased either.
