We have a small trucking business and operate 5 Tractor Trailers from the Cullman area. They have taken care of all of our needs, and beyond. Regardless of which branch you use, you are always treated with courtesy and professionalism. We are treated like friends, even though we also deal with business matters daily. To have a Banker that not only treats you with friendliness and respect, and gives you there personal cell number in case something arises outside of business hours, is something very rare. Premier Bank has established itself in Cullman and beyond as the Bank to do business with. I would highly recommend them for personal and business needs. There's just a difference in doing business with a Hometown Bank, like Premier Bank of the South!

They refused to change a $100 bill for $100 in five dollar bills because I wasn't a customer. This particular Branch is the only bank within walking distance of the festival, yet still refused to be of service. Definitely not a bank I would want to do business with in the future. The people who referred me to this bank were very upset that their bank had such lousy service for out of town visitors. I wasn't pleased either.

We weren't unhappy when Greg Cook told us he would be preparing our taxes as we've had him for the past 13 years. As the owner he is transitioning to more of a supervisory role. Greg swiftly moved thru all our receipts and forms and put together the federal and state packages quickly. I am able to pay thru my bank and everything was filed and paid yesterday. What a relief for us to get 3 families taxes taken care of before April 15. We had a few minutes left to catch up on what's going on in our lives before our appointment time was over. It's always nice to go to Cook & Co to see Greg. He's one heck of a CPA!!!

This review is for the courteous staff at Edward Jones in Cullman only!!!…read more I road along to the Edward Jones in Cullman where my mil had her investments. Years ago the broker was in Huntsville and later moved to Cullman. The office was easy to find and the staff very accommodating. The reason for the visit was to pick up capital gains information that was emailed but encrypted and no one encryption password was given to open the emails. Dave had to drive to pick up the forms because he didn't realize what was in the emails due to not being able to open them. Calling the staff didn't help as they didn't have the secret decoder either. When we arrived, they were very nice offering up space to review the forms, refreshments and anything else they could offer to make the visit pleasant. The forms were reviewed, they were the necessary ones for tax prep and we left.
