I called throughout the day and left four messages for both the dispatcher and the manager, but no one returned my calls. After spending the entire day trying to reach someone, I was finally told they were closed and that I would have to try again tomorrow. When a company has possession of someone's vehicle, customers should at least be able to reach someone or receive a return call. This was a very disappointing experience. The lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable, and I hope they improve their responsiveness so other customers don't have the same experience.

Stay away from this company. If your vehicle gets impounded here, get it out as fast as possible…read more This place operates in a very predatory way. They did not notify me that my vehicle had been impounded, even though California law (Vehicle Code § 22852) requires timely notice. They also did not communicate when my vehicle was eligible for release. Unjustly not a vehicle code, but clearly shows corrupt intent. Instead of trying to contact me so I could pick up my car, it felt like they were more interested in letting storage fees pile up. From what I saw, they seemed quicker to move toward lien processing with the DMV than to actually get paid by the owner. Costs add up fast, and the longer your car sits there, the worse it gets. If you're dealing with them, stay on top of it, document everything, and don't assume they'll reach out to you. Overall, very frustrating experience and not customer‑friendly at all.
