Their attention to providing personal service and customer satisfaction is exceptional. Medicare plans can be difficult to compare and evaluate, so these professionals clarify the choices, allowing seniors to make informed decisions. Mr Matias has handled the necessary paperwork even when plans have stopped in mid-year, forcing insured customers to choose another plan in a short time and even when we have been out of town, requiring extra work for him. He has spent all the time necessary to explain benefits and limits in face-to -face sessions. He did an excellent job of analyzing the various plans for our individual needs, doctors, medications, & hospitals to try to give optimal personal service. We value his honesty & integrity, He has made himself available when questions arise during the entire plan year, not just at sign-up time. Logan Ellis, also in this office, has always been extremely polite and helpful, working even beyond the usually expected time and energy to provide us with outstanding customer service, working after the general office hours, answering questions & making sure we had the necessary identification cards. His work ethic, plan knowledge, kindness, willingness to assist us, and pleasant demeanor have resolved difficult situations quickly.
