One of the owners ( two brother) helped me picked what he said was the best starter pack out currently. After talking to Tony I found out that he runs this store while also being a full time Soldier and just returned from a deployment. On that Thank you for everything you do and thank you to your loved ones. There is a candy shop and coffee shop downstairs. The candy shop is amazing too. It's only open 12-5 though. This store has everything for the hard core collector in your life or the hardcore card game player that you are. You need to check this place out in person or online. Seriously the best. This place is a bit hard to find, so just know that it is in the Convention Center. The card selection is the largest for sealed product that I've seen in awhile, and even though they didn't take any of my trade-ins I happily plopped down some money! They had an amazing bargain on some precons so I bought two and a Sonic Secret Lair. Great value and huge selection for a small shop. You definitely get more than you would anywhere else in town. I went in looking for PS3 controllers one of the days I went, in store was cool and I loved the…read moresetup but area is kinda sketchy first time going, $45 for an original ps3 controller and 25 for a 3rd party controller the white one was the first one they sold me which where L1 is located it was already broken and not something I've done and I went back in two days later to get a replacement for the faulty controller it even had connection issues. The second time I came in the store opens at 10Am and I was sitting in the parking lot at 10:44 and a few minutes later they arrive at 10:47 to finally get to the store as I sat in my car waiting to exchange controllers and after I go in I tell the guy about the controller he tells me that he can't warranty the white controller because it's broken and they don't sell broken controllers but I tell him I didn't break it it was sold to me like that then tells me he's going to check the cameras to see. I had a receipt texted to my number he offers to refund but I wanted a different controller to be given he gives me the black one with dirt and no offer to clean it what so ever and no testing the controllers they're selling I get home to load up a game I chose saints row 3 and my character starts walking by himself which is obviously stick drift so that's two faulty controllers I wouldn't recommend honestly but that's my experience at forever games.

I have been a loyal customer of this card shop for years and have participated in every Lorcana set…read morerelease since the game launched. For the past two years, customers who preordered these releases received the store's loyalty discount, so naturally many of us expected the same treatment for the newest set. This time, however, the store suddenly decided not to honor the loyalty discount on preorders. While that was disappointing, what made the situation worse was the inconsistent way it was handled afterward. It came to light that at least one customer was given the loyalty discount anyway. Once other customers found out, the store began issuing refunds to some people who had preordered. My brother and I went into the store together to ask about receiving the same refund. We purchased our products the same way, were in the same situation, and were making the request at the same time. The manager told me I would not receive a refund because my name was not part of a previous conversation regarding the issue. Moments later, he approved the refund for my brother. I was left wondering how two customers in the exact same situation could receive completely different treatment. The issue is no longer about the discount itself. It's about fairness and consistency. Policies can change, but they should be applied equally to everyone. Selectively honoring discounts and refunds creates the impression that some customers matter more than others, and that's a disappointing way to treat loyal patrons who have supported the store for years. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my trust in the business, and I will not be giving them any more of my money.
