Slowest checkout I've ever experienced! I needed the clothes for a trip I'm leaving on tomorrow, but after 10 minutes during which no purchases were completed and the line didn't move, I abandoned my would be purchases and left like the two women in front of me in line. Popped in on a Saturday afternoon to scope athletic wear and light jackets. Upon entry or while wondering around, I was never greeted by any of the five Associates I walked past, several of which I made eye contact with. Not that I needed help, but the dismissal of service is not something I am used to at Old Navy. Moving on from the lack of service, I also found the selection and stock wildly underwhelming as well. Especially, since the seasons have changed and Old Navy is usually the spot for light outerwear and fall pieces. Overall, the store was clean, but all the other parts of the store and visit were a bummer.

12/2/23 Went Christmas shopping on this day and got treated…read morepoorly. Restrooms are closed to paying customers but not employees. I went into the fitting room with my 10 y/o sister! She had 6 items. Then my mom came into the same fitting room with 5 items because there were only 2 open fitting rooms. If you're so worried about people shoplifting why don't you just have an associate working the fitting rooms! My sister was skipping out of the fitting room with an undergarment in her hand and the security lady started yelling "Ma'am" making sure my little sister didn't try on the bra. How embarrassing. After my mom and me got out of the fitting room the security lady got on her radio to inform that we were out of the fitting room and that it was empty. As if we were trying to shoplift! I put every item we did not want back on the rack. Every time I opened the door, the security lady was looking into the fitting room WHILE we were inside. When I confronted her, she told me they thought there was a man in there with us, what kind of bs story is that? This is the worst customer service. Don't spend your money here, there are much nicer stores.

I bought some Tennessee themed gifts for my friends and family. I loved smelling the homemade soaps and candles they sell. They also have some beautiful jewelry for sale. Parking is behind the shop and entry is through the front door facing the street. I will definitely be back!
