They have a minimum (I think it was $60) but you get what you pay for. Our artist Jake/ Jacob drew our art then made the changes we asked. He used one color on my cousin and 4 colors on mine. I got the sternum piece first and as a young girl I was nervous about getting that area worked on but Andrew was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable both physically and mentally. For my most recent arm piece I had to keep rescheduling because of school and financial restraints and he was very understanding and worked with me to find a time that worked best for me. I 110% recommend going to Rick for any tattoos you want, with or without color. I was skeptical to get a color tattoo but after the one he did that's all I want now. I will definitely be going back to him in the future and honestly, probably won't go to anyone else.
