I have found certain pieces for a little bit cheaper a few other places, but based on the customer service in those stores compared to Bobcat, this store deserves your business. They have been texting with me to work things out and have been super accommodating. I am definitely pleased with all of the interactions thus far, and I will definitely be returning to them for my furniture and home needs in the future. We worked with Paul and ordered our Hunter Douglas window treatments in advance to ensure they could be installed once we moved into our new home. Paul took the measurements himself and assured us everything was perfect (we had to rely on his word given we lived in another state). The blinds were installed today and they're the wrong dimensions. They're externally mounted, which is what we wanted - but they don't reach the end of the trim on the bottom or the right sides. Gallatin Valley Furniture has offered to re-measure and replace the window treatments, however, they have not extended a discount for the inconvenience. Given we spent $13,000.00 on window treatments and expected them to be perfect when installed today, this is completely unacceptable. It's bad business. We've pulled our order, requested a refund, and will be working with another vendor for both this home and our new build. We prefer to work with a vendor who values our business.

We had to call and ask for the king bed frame, for the queen to be removed and for the second nightstand we ordered. They said the king would take two weeks to get here and they could take the queen away and deliver a temporary king foundation the following Friday. Leaving us with the queen frame that does not fit our mattress for 10 nights! And still no word on when we will get our second nightstand. Plus they scratched our wall bringing the dresser up the stairs. Needless to say we are not happy with Conlin's and would not recommend.
