The WORST second cup I've been to

The WORST second cup I've been to and I Love Second Cup!! I ordered 2 drinks 1. Vanilla bean frappe which they ended up giving me a latte. 2. Medium matcha frappe where I got a partially full cup... and when I asked about it, the answer was "because you ordered oat milk" I nearly said something snarky but I composed myself and will be calling management about it as there were too many people in line and I know that need for caffeine is great!!! #secondcup #badservice

The service is still great here as usual. There informative and good at explaining the contents of their drinks The rush is always clean and there's plenty of space to work and meet friends. I enjoy their coffee and shopping in the area!

Four stars for the atmosphere, 1 star for the beverage. I'm kind of torn because the space was really nice, the washroom was decently clean and they had some great outdoor seating. But the apple cider I ordered tasted like hot apple water and had a thick layer of apple cider silt on the bottom, which only somewhat improved the taste when I stirred it around halfway through my cup. In the end, the quality of the product is what matters. Maybe next time I'm in the area and I want to have a nice drink on the patio, I'll get something from the Subway next door.

It's nice here. It's small and comfy with a little fireplace just out of the way. The staff seam a little annoyed when you ask for a coffee, but, you can easily get over that once you sit down and enjoy the comfy atmosphere that they created. The cool jazz in the background is also pretty nice to have. It's like a cost-effective version of a Starbucks. It's also a nice little escape from everything around it (Heartland). Trust me, this power center needs a location like this.

This is a great second cup. Super friendly, accurate and always some parking. If you are going to work with a laptop it can get crowded.

Worst secondcup location ever. The customer service was really bad. I would never go back to this location.

It was busy, but not overwhelming at all. It's a great spot to sit and get work done if you're planning to stay for a while. I got the cinnamon sugar cookie and an iced vanilla latte and both were delicious. The latte was made really well and the cookie was perfectly baked and so good. The space itself is small and cozy, with cute Christmas decorations up. There isn't a ton of seating, but it's enough for the cafe. The service was great overall. They didn't have a huge staff, but it worked perfectly for how busy it was. Everyone was efficient, kind, and welcoming. I'd definitely come back!

We ordered some coffees and muffins to eat in and chat. Most of the tables were full when we got in, however, we were able to snag a table for four. I enjoyed the variety of baked items in store. The prices were quite reasonable as well. After ordering the staff give you a number and bring the food to your table! The coffee was great! (Caramel Latte) and the muffin was tasty also. I will definitely return if I'm in the neighborhood.

The vibes were super chill and just felt really good to be in. The interior is beautiful too, lots of pretty paintings and artwork, nice seating, and they even have an upstairs area, which is such a nice touch. As for the food and drinks, I got the Qamaria iced latte. It was yummy, but not my personal favourite, I'd give it a 7/10. I honestly think the hot version would taste better. I also tried the pistachio cake and wow, that was amazing. So flavourful, super moist, and definitely worth it, 9/10 for sure. I also got to try the Dubai chocolate croissant and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly crunchy. Easily an 8.5/10 for me. Overall, this place had amazing vibes and some of the best desserts I've tried in the GTA. Definitely a spot worth checking out.

Although it was nice to sip on, it would probably be better hot since it's a medium roast and the flavor got lost between the ice and cream. I will say I wish it was creamier or more silky smooth as well. It gave me the caffeine kick I needed and the cardamom is always a nice touch. The staff is beyond hospitable and friendly. Worth a try!

After dinner, I decided to drop by this Starbucks that was next door to see if I could pick up a treat. Looks are deceiving. This cafe looks small when you stand in front of it. However, when you open the door, there's a huge seating area on the left. It's a large cafe. Maybe it's because it doesn't have a drive-thru. There were lots of folks seated, sipping on a beverage, munching on baked goods, and chatting. It looked like a cool place to chill. It felt relaxed. I stood in line behind a couple of customers. It allowed me to figure out what I wanted. I looked at the lemon loaf slice in the display case. I hadn't had one in ages. Okay, I'll get it. Well, all that changed when I spotted the snowman cookies. I have had one so far this winter. It was the one with red earmuffs and a scarf. I spotted a blue version. I wanted it instead. I got the friendliest, cheerful woman when I got to the order area. I grabbed the snowman with the blue earmuffs and scarf. I let her know that I was here for the snowman cookie and that I'm late to the party. She smiled. She let me know that the Valentine's Day heart-shaped sugar cookies were out, too. Oh, no! She said that I should go with the snowman cookie since I had my heart set on it. I agreed. More choices weren't good here. I got my Starbucks card scanned off my phone. Done! She handed me my cookie. I thanked her and happily left with my treat. I had it today. It was buttery, sugary, and yummy. I don't visit Starbucks as much as I used to. I'm so glad that the snowman cookie still exists. I have had it for years and the yearly tradition to devour at least one continues. I had a great experience. I'll definitely return when I'm in the area. (15)
