The job was done quickly; however due to the dryer vent having been put in incorrectly by the builder and because of that having come out during the cleaning process (this issue was addressed by Richard at no extra charge, and we ended up with a more secure vent because of what was done,) the whole job took a bit longer than anticipated. Richard also explained exactly what the builder did for the venting instead of what should have been done and how the builder had not constructed the dryer venting to code. We now feel more secure about there being no lint build-up in our dryer vent, which could have caused a fire. We will use Sunshine for all future cleanings and when we finally decide to replace the entire dryer vent set-up, which was done on the cheap by the builder.
