I was very reluctant to put my items in a NON Climate controlled unit for such a long period of time but the owners suggested some very helpful ideas that has kept our belongings safe. First they told me to put plastic on the floor to create a moisture barrier. -Hmmm Concrete has moisture so if you ever stored boxes in your basement you would know what he is talking about. Second, never move items in that are damp or wet so don't move in when it is raining or snowing. Third if you plan on staying a long time through Winter & Summer, buy a bucket of Damp Rid which absorbs any moisture in the unit. All this information was explained to us by the owners so we still have valuable peaces that are not damaged at all. We love this place because of all the following: Owner answers the phone from 8am to 8pm 24 hour security They shovel in front of our doors for us all Winter It is not a Mud Hole in the Spring This place is the Best in Naples!

I called today to try and make similar arrangements and to pre-pay. When I tried to call (really that's where I started) , the most bizarre "voice" answered - pretty sure it was the world's worst AI. The AI claimed it couldn't hear me and hung up on me. I tried to call again and did get a human being but it was a callback service. I also tried filling out a form but that directed me to a sales person who wanted to know when to call. When I asked to speak with the same person I dealt with 9 years, they responded that no one is there from 9 years. Since we worked with the owner 9 years ago, that must mean Advantage was sold.

The tow truck driver got us in touch with Stewart Towing and with in 20 minutes, they were onsite with their wrecker. The guy driving the truck (who's name escapes me) was one of the Stewart family and was nice as hell. He poked around under the cab for a few minutes to see if we could get it going then and there, no such luck. So on to the wrecker the truck went. In the back of my mind all I could think was "there goes $2000+". The next day, I get a call for Dick Stewart telling me that I was all set and the truck was running fine now! There turned out to be a bunch of miswired systems and corroded junctions. Now these guys could have bent me over and had their way. The truck was 150 miles from home and needed to be back onsite in two days, but instead of screwing me over, I got a bill for $535!!!! So the long and the short of it is, take your business to the good folks over at Stewart. They are friendly, professional, get the work done quickly, and at a fair price. On Thursday, October 26, 2023, I was traveling down Rte 95, in the middle lane, going about 75mph. Suddenly a car in the fast lane ahead of me, swerved into the middle lane, only to reveal a deer crossing the road. I hit the deer square on! I got to the side of the road, police came, I was brought home (unhurt, my Volvo saved me). I called R Stewart, where my car was towed, to find out what I needed to do next. They connected my call to Dickie Stewart, who offered to call all the reputable body shops in the area, as well as Volvo in South Portland, to see the best and fast place to have my car repaired. I had never been in a situation like this and Dickie quickly took the situation out of my hands and handled it. I never expected a towing company to treat me this way and his kindness touched my heart. Within the hour, my car was towed to a reputable body shop. Thank you Dickie for going above and beyond, when I really needed the help! Sandra Morrissey
