They took the measurement of my feet and told me the size I needed which was a size and a half above my normal and said it should be a wide as well. I tried them on and they seemed okay in the store but now that I have had a chance to wear them a bit it is like wearing boats on my feet. Also, per the website if they are not unworn they can not be returned. I feel like I got bad advice and have some very expensive footwear I am not going to find comfortable.

So here is the setup; It's a big warehouse that has rolling tubs/bins in the center, side, middle of the room... you rummage through the bins( don't turtle snail it because others will grab what you might want too right out of your hand). The bins get rolled away and new ones come in( don't touch the bins when the employees are rolling them away). Get what you need/ like/ want quick and don't piss off the regulars that go there to hunt for brand names and re sell... don't take anything out of carts you see standing around... and have fun!! The more times you go the easier and less intimidating it will be. Stuff is weighed at checkout and you're out. THIS WILL BE YOUR NEW ADDICTION... No shirts to speak of, no shorts, and for pants all they had were two racks of dress pants. Well, I am retired now and dress pants are behind me, especially for $6 each. They were not accepting donations when I was there, so I guess that explains the lack of men's clothing. Perhaps the pandemic has crippled their staff numbers after years of getting all the help they needed. We found a few items in the houseware section, but I am not sure it will be worth a trip back anytime soon.

He is unbelievably rude for no reason. I had the little cart that has two levels. The top of my cart was completely full and the lower part was about half full. As I approached the register, he did not greet me at all. He said loudly "I see items in the bottom of your cart!" over and over. I had not even gotten to the register yet. I said "yes, my cart is full of items which is wny I'm here to pay". He was incredibly rude. Never once greeted me or was kind in any way. There's no reason to be that rude to paying customers. I plan to shop elsewhere going forward. It's sad that you'd allow someone so rude to be a cashier.
