I enjoyed exploring all of the shop items after which I indulged in a croissant and coffee from the food side. You can take your food and drinks out to the Palm Court where there is beautiful landscaping, fountains, and tables and seats. You don't have to be a guest of the resort to come here. The Breakers tries to limit non resort guests during season but if you allow them to scan your license and tell the guards you are coming to eat or shop they will let you in.
