We discovered that if your size isn't on display, the employees will happily go look in the back stock. They want that sale and will work for it with a smile ta boot. If they don't have your size they feel bad they couldn't help you. The first time it happened, it was adorable. Months later and another employee, the lady was telling us about what they ordered and the time and day they're expecting their next delivery and how the driver has been delivering to them for a couple year's now and how reliable he is. I almost wanted to ask if the driver wanted to come over for Christmas. I felt like I was getting to know this drver I never met. That's how friendly they are here. One of the reasons we've been shopping here year after year. We'll sometimes be on our way to another town. Just driving through Depot Bay, Oregon with no thoughts of stopping for anything and then we're looking at Hoodies.

Didn't over sell us and were extremely helpful - tying the strings to the kites and adding swivels to make it even easier. Maybe this is normal for kite shops now days, but was a new experience for us and we really appreciated it. They also allowed us to bring our dog in - which she absolutely loved.
