I appreciated that he didn't rush and paid close attention to detail. I even told him that he's the expert and can fix it however he likes, which helped him get comfortable and do his thing. Nekkos did an excellent job--my beard came out clean, sharp, and well-shaped. The shop itself is very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. To be honest I have been following a stylist that works for Sport Clips . Her name is LONNIE . For the last 18 years LONNIE has been cutting my hair. She not only does a great job cutting my hair, she is a great listener. Seems there is a lot to share while getting s haircut. I don't know what I will do if LONNIE ever leaves Sport Clips . A moment later, she said something I didn't catch, then walked closer and asked, "Can I help you?" I let her know I had a 10 AM appointment. That seemed reasonable, and I was fine with it, even though there were no other waiting customers--just one person who had just finished their haircut. I replied, "Well, that's just the cost of doing business," intending to acknowledge the situation with understanding. However, she suddenly became defensive, saying, "You do not speak to me that way or mistreat my staff." This took me by surprise, as the entire exchange had lasted less than two minutes, and I had been polite. Not wanting to escalate the situation, I simply left. It was a bizarre encounter, and I hope she approaches future interactions with more positive intent. I would have happily rescheduled or even paid a late fee if that was the policy. I'm not sure what was going on, but I hope she finds a way to manage her stress more constructively

She's half black mix very beautiful. Cannot cut hair at all. When she thought she was done, I was horrified the way my hair looked. It is completely uneven from one side. it literally looked like somebody just started chopping hair like a child. My hair was really effed up and I'm gonna have to wear a hat for the next month or so. There was no fade whatsoever. This poor girl needs to go find something else to do. Whatever you DO NOT not let her cut your hair.
