Easy ride to the airport, excellent pricing, prompt shuttle service, but in particular everyone we've interacted with are helpful, patient, and kind - even when extra busy. OMG! Most convenient place to park!! They shuttled is to and from the airport, on the way out they gave us complimentary water! The nicest people! My only tip: if you don't want to wait too long for the shuttle (when you arrive back to SeaTac) call or text while you're at baggage claim, and by the time you get your bag and walk out, they will be out there! read more

Parked from Thursday evening to Monday 1am. Parking was safe, nothing happened to my car. A shuttle picked us up & dropped us off. Didn't have to wait either way. However DO NOT pay for a larger space, when we arrived and asked where the larger spaces are both employees acted like they didn't know what we were referring to. We drove around and all spaces were the same size. Also had to pay for a full day even though we picked up the car at 1am (flight landed at 12:30am). read more

Definitely would recommend and plan to use again! Lot is easy to find, people are very friendly and accommodating, parking spots are protected in a fenced in and gated area with 24/7 staff. I was able to use a Groupon and got a great deal. They also provide detailing services while your car is parked there! I've used several airport parking lots, but I really like SeaTac. I recently started using them since I travel for business more. I reserve online, pay online, and they give very nice discounts for doing so, especially if you reserve a week in advanced. Upon getting there, spaces are easy to find (sel park), and the bus is right behind you the second you park. You are usually at the airport within 10 minutes of parking. Upon my return, I sent a text and was back at my car within 20 minutes of my text. When exiting (I prepaid), they will offer you a bottle of water. Super friendly employees! read more

We have used this parking lot several times while traveling from SeaTac Airport. Each time we have always had a positive experience. You arrive at the parking lot and park. The shuttle picks you up right from your car, so there is no dragging you luggage to a central location. Then they driver drops you off at your correct departure gate. Upon return you catch the shuttle back to the parking lot outside of baggage claim. There have been times where the shuttle has been full and we have had to wait for a new shuttle here. However the driver is always courteous and helps with our luggage. They have a rewards program where you can earn free parking and if you pay ahead of time and reserve on your space on their website you get a discount. Paying ahead of time makes arriving and leaving the parking lot very quick. read more

SeaTac Park is the most convenient parking there is for Sea-Tac airport. Armand was the nicest guy, always super helpful. They get you to and from the lot and the airport super quick and drop you right off at your car. Then, on the way out, they can free you water for your journey home. I've parked here multiple times. I have parked at SeaTac Park at least twice now. Each time I have been impressed with their excellent customer service. Within moments of parking the shuttles were ready to load us (and our luggage) up and get us over to the airport. The first time I parked there I needed a little extra time to pull a car seat out and get it all bagged up for travel. The driver went around to pick others up then checked on us before leaving the parking lot to see if we were ready or needed more time. The driver also wrote the section and spot down for us each time which made it so easy. We were significantly delayed due to a cancelled flight this last trip. When we finally got our luggage and got to the shuttle island it was after midnight. I sent a text to the number on the slip and they responded right away to let me know they would be there in 7-10 minutes. And they were very fair in working with me after the delay. They offer an excellent discount if you pre-pay which makes it amazingly affordable even for longer trips. It is rare to have such a positive experience from every angle but this place continues to impress me. I highly recommend them! read more

We started parking here on a groupon deal 4 years ago... after the first time, we were pretty impressed. The lot attendants were friendly, the drivers were courteous and knowledgeable... we figured we would try it again. We travel fairly frequently as a family, and now we don't park anywhere else(unless we fly out of Everett). Their service is consistent, they're reliable, and they make the experience pleasant every time we go. We have parked there 9 times this year, and several the last few years. I recommend them to all of our friends and I don't think anyone would be disappointed by their service. read more

We used SeaTac Park in March 2023 and had a great experience. The van came right to our car in the parking lot to pick us and our luggage up. The driver, Alex, was friendly and helpful. The return and pick-up of our car went smoothly. Unlike other places, we didn't need to hand over our car key. We parked it and there is sat until our return! Next time we will know to reserve a littler earlier to get the early bird discounts. We are happy to know of SeaTac Park and will definitely support their business again! read more

1) Front end: Picked up from my self-parked car within 1 minute. Short ride (max 10 min) to airport drop off point. 2) Back end: They don't have a single designated pick up spot. You can wave the bus down at any if their designated pick up locations and they pull over. We were the first on so this meant lots of stopping for us. In the parking lot we were the last off so this meant a lot of time on the bus for us. 2nd experience was foiled by a flat tire. I couldn't make it. Called at time of the reservation letting them know I needed to use ride share services instead. They fully refunded my fee - great customer service. read more

First time long term parker and was happy with the service. Loved the 40% discount to prepay our reservation at least a week in advance. Saved so much money. It was clean and seemed well monitored. Shuttle was prompt in both drop off and pick up. our pick up was a midnight arrival and we waited under 5 minutes. Drivers were friendly and helpful. Pick you up right at your parked car and deliver you right to your car. Appreciated not having to walk or search for our car. Appreciate their service. I've had nothing but positive experiences with this parking service! The shuttles are frequent, the drivers are always pleasant, and they even give you free water when you leave. The water is MUCH appreciated after long flights. The rates are reasonable, and significantly cheaper than parking in the seatac lot. The parking spaces are spacious and I've never had issues with damage from other cars. This lot fills up fast, so definitely book a reservation ahead of time. We just parked here for two weeks and everything went well. The place is well lit and service was exceptional. We were greeted by the bus driver when we departed two weeks ago. There were no delay to take us to the airport where we were dropped for our departure. When we landed this evening, we were picked up within 10 minutes. There were four parties on our ride to the parking lot. Again, it was a smooth ride and service was exceptional. Best airport parking experience I've ever had. Departure was super easy, especially when the shuttle picked us up right from our parking spot rather than having to walk to a pickup zone. The lot is very secure and I felt no hesitation leaving my car there. A few minutes of driving later and we were at SeaTac and ready to go. On the way back, we basically walked right onto the shuttle from baggage claim and were once again delivered right to our car. Very fast, very efficient and overall fantastic experience. read more

Great vibe. Everyone else made the place great other than the driver. I think a little lack of professionalism from the driver that we had fuses my complaint. We were stuck waiting for a really long time at the airport. Exhausted, coming back from a funeral. We were told that the driver was stuck in traffic. We all have google people, and says if there's traffic. There was no traffic and the airport was only 8 minutes from this parking place. We got in to the rich smell of fresh take out food. It's just obvious the driver was stuck waiting for his take out. If this were my business I'd see this as a red flag. Come ready fed and ready to your job. It was annoying. Plus, we were starving and hadn't eaten all day. I'm sure the kid is nice, just doesn't really care. read more

06/01/21 I can only try to express how wonderful I was treated at SeaTac Park. Kasim, Filsan and Nathan made a terrible day pleasant. I returned to pick up my car from their lot and realized I didn't have my car keys. Living 3 hours away left me with few options. I had to have a locksmith and then a tow truck to take my vehicle to the dealership. All of this took time. It was a warm day and they had me stay in their air conditioned office and made phone calls to help me find the right places and people to call. I am unfamiliar with the area so this helped me immensely. i know that I was disrupting their day but in no way did they make me feel unwelcome. I highly recommend their lot. I am a Mo pass (Monthly pass) user and I have been very pleased with the service. When I park I am able to get the best spaces closest to the entrance which are reserved for monthly pass users by cones (which I get of the car to move in order to park). A shuttle comes to my car (never waited longer than 5 minutes, often it pull right up as I am getting out of the car). When I come back I wait between 4-12 minutes for a shuttle to come by to take me back. Friendly drivers. Highly recommend for those looking for a more affordable alternative to monthly parking at the garage at Seatac airport and don't mind the shuttle! read more

We park our car here every time we have a weekend trip. When we arrive, we are happily greeted every single time and are picked up by the shuttle in 5 minutes or less from the time we parked. The driver always tends to our bags and gets us to the airport promptly and safely. Arriving is a breeze as well! I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes for a shuttle to get back to my car! All the staff is very friendly, and prompt which is why we have parked here for years. The prices are completely reasonable especially if you book online. Signing up for their rewards program is definitely worth it as well! They also offer water upon check out which is always nice because we all know that we forget to hydrate during a trip. SeaTacPark is my new favorite parking place for extended stays at SeaTac. Staff was super friendly and there was zero wait for a shuttle both for departure and arrival. The ability to text ahead when you are on your way to the shuttle islands is great too. While the shuttle drive on departure is on the long side, it's still only about 10 to 15 min... and I think that's more than made up for for me fact that the shuttle on arrival takes less than 5 minutes! The discrepancy is mostly due to the direction the traffic flows around the airport. All of this would be good enough for me to go back... but their prices are some of the most competitive out there, so I really think this is the top overall combo for service and value at SeaTac. read more

I've been a regular at seatac park for a few months since my last few Lyft airport pick-ups took forever. For me parking here for a week is cheaper than a Lyft both ways, though that depends how far you live from the airport. First the prices - if you book ahead you'll get 40% off, there are occasional email specials too. Plus they have a great rewards program - I just got a free weekend. The facility itself is self park (which I prefer) and an uncovered lot. Spots are decent sized and I've yet to have a dent or ding. Shuttles are very frequent and I've yet to wait more than a few minutes. If you're an EV driver they even have free L1 charging! Other optional services include car washing. Staff is very friendly and professional as well. So while they're not the closest lot, I still find a lot to like and keep coming back. read more
