I arrived late in the afternoon and was not able to schedule a massage, however I was offered a session in the infra-red sauna. With the solitude of the sauna with relaxing music I must say the experience was very relaxing and after a 30 minute session I was much rejuvenated! It's a fantastic place to getaway from a stressful fast-paced lifestyle. I booked a hair appointment the day before as they said they had a spot available for a blowout, but when I came for my appointment, the hairdresser said that my name isn't on her list and she's booked all day. I am not sure how they manage this, but they seem to be understaffed as this isn't the first time I experienced mismanagement from the resort.

Apparently it was our fault for not reading the fine print. Not their online booking system that allowed this booking to happen and their personal lack of oversight for these bookings at the spa. Zero customer service. Zero apology. They tried to offer a lesser treatment option with no reduction in cost or complimentary something to make up for the disappointment. We will not be back to this resort. Plenty of other of nice places to stay where they care about the customer experience.

The magnificent, beautiful drive becomes part of the experience -- a chance to see nature at its finest, helping you slow down, unwind, and prepare yourself for what's to come. What happens during the session is difficult to describe because it's not just one thing. It feels like a blend of massage, physio, acupuncture, internal body work, energy movement, and deep healing all in one. Dalyn's studio feels like a clinical healing spa -- calm, welcoming, and grounding the moment you walk in. She has created a safe and comforting environment, and even has her gentle healing dog, Dexter, who somehow seems to know exactly how to hold space. Then the drive home becomes the final part of the experience -- a time to process, release, and let your body settle after the treatment. I truly wish I could fully put into words what this treatment has done for me. All I can say is that it's a powerful experience of safe care, healing, and restoration. Second-year going to crave massage, I have to say I was disappointed…read more I had the spa pedicure and treated two of my friends to the same, none of our nail polish lasted more than two days. And my technician change the color of my nail polish without telling me. I didn't notice until the treatment was done. I do not recommend the spa pedicure. We also has the 60 minute couples massage, as well as 90 minute couples massage and was disappointed each time. I will still go to Crave because it's convenient, but only book with an RMT
