A man finally came out, showed me a dead looking trunk of a hibiscus, telling me it would be 2-4 feet tall in a couple of months...I wasn't sold on that. We had numerous estimates but we liked the way this team would bring the tree down. This was a two day job as it was a difficult tree to remove. The guy who is in the bucket doing all the cutting, was an artist in cutting the tree branches first in a particular order then the huge shafts of the tree. All my neighbors were outside watching this work of art. All 5 workers never took a break or slowed down. We were so grateful, we provided lunch both days for the team which was the only time they stopped. We would highly recommend Chris and his team for any tree project, but especially for a century old diseased trees at a very reasonable price.

I had 6 agave plants that I was charged $199.95 EACH that were diseased when they were installed, 1 Palm Sabal @ $500 each that died within 4 months, and several Flax Lilly plants that died. I texted Randy (the owner) and he even told me Teryll will be at my house to replace the plants. I waited an entire week and no one showing. I voiced my concern to Randy a week after the Agaves were installed and told him how brown the leaves were and his text to me was "They should heal itself. Let's watch it for a bit and if it does not I can replace it." Well that never happened. After the tree died, I gave up. My husband called him and said can you at least give us some kind of discount to have this replaced and Randy said he would send a quote. NEVER HAPPENED!!! We have more trees, plants, and rock that needs done but he lost my business. This is why I cannot recommend this company because of diseased product and follow through.

He obviously went for the bigger payday at the expense of all the scheduled jobs that were arranged beforehand. He did not even call any of the waiting customers to inform them their job was cancelled for the time being and maybe next week he could take care of them He left it up to 2 very young college girls to clean up his mess as they said he has done many times before .
